Lunas Junk Car Removal

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED & if I was able to give them negative stars, I would! Called the 630 #, gave me a quote of $ 150, & set up pickup for next day at noon. Well the next day at around 12:45, I called since no one showed up nor called me. The same man I spoke to the prior evening answered and stuttered every answer to my questions of, «how come you’re not here yet? When will you be here? & Are you for sure coming?» His answers were, «umm umm, we been real busy, I could be there in hour & a half, & yes yes I be there»… I told him I agreed to go with them because the pick up was early enough because I had plans for that day. Well, I waited until THREE FIFTEEN to call them because guess again, NO CALL, NO SHOW”!!! Do you believe this guy (says his name was Leo) said that he could only give me $ 50 & he can have a tow here in an hour! Excuse my language but you will not take advantage of me because I’m a woman & to be honest, I expected them to give me more money since I had already waited over 3 hours & TIME IS MONEY! I told him no thank you and I’ll find another company. He told me to call back if I changed my mind & I told him, over my dead body I will be doing business with you! To be honest, I would’ve rather got less money from another company rather than dealing with anyone from this place!.. Literally, 2 minutes after I got off the phone with them I got a text asking if I changed my mind & then got EIGHT missed phone calls from them while on the phone with another company!!! I replied back to the text saying «no, I haven’t changed my mind & found another place for more than $ 50! He replied back asking how much is the other company offering me! Ugh, I’m getting aggravated again just while writing this!
