I wouldn’t recommend this dump to anyone.

Stayed two nights. Arrived late the first night and had to call to get someone to come to office. Owners live on site so they were there quickly. Very friendly woman checked me in. There was an error with my online purchase and she handled it spectacularly. Room was nice and included fridge and microwave. Bed was super comfortable. Room also included a small sofa, desk, iron, coffee pot and small table.
I travel a lot and most towels are rough and scratchy. It is a nice find to discover the few places that have soft towels. This place does. They also have a curved shower curtain which makes the shower feel nice and wide. Water pressure was good.
They offer continental breakfast but I didn’t use it.
They have free wifi. I was some distance from office so I was a little worried about the signal strength. There was no problem with it though.
Over all a great place to stay for $ 80 per night.

Luckily this place was open ²⁴⁄₇! We arrived late for check-​in at 10pm; they had a call box and they immediately came to the desk and allowed us into our room that was already warm from them leaving the heat on for us (as it is dec).
The room was tidy and had a desk, television, two seated coffee table, sink separated from the shower and toilet. While the beds were a bit firm and uncomfortable — I was far to exhausted for it to matter.
The door was right by the parking so we were able to drive right up to the room — and leave the same.
Not a bad stop for a good price — you get what you pay for but nothing outstandingly horrid at all.

We stayed here because the price is less expensive than anything else nearby Okemo. The room was decent — it looked clean. The only problems for me were that the free continental breakfast was very lacking and the free wifi did not really make it to our room, which was one of the farthest from the office. Definitely still a good value for the money.

Kind and fast service. Inexpensive. Nothing fancy and a bit dated furnishings, but have stayed a couple times and it was clean and cheap.
