Barbara is terrific! I’m continuously learning new ways to focus on different muscles. This is not your ordinary workout. It is geared for you personally. Shannon is great too. I love the personal training and I also love the classes. I always walk out of that gym feeling better than when I walked in.

My daughter plays volleyball. Barbara did a fantastic job getting her ready to play in college. Every travel season my daughter would sprain her ankle. Once we started at
TFG Barbara taught her as part of her warm up to do excersizes to strengthen her ankles. She also got her jumping higher and moving her feet quicker. This is the place for real athletes

I would highly recommend! Barbara is a fantastic trainer and modifies her approach to your needs and ability. I’ve been taking the classes for over a year and I am in better shape at 42 than I’ve been since my 20’s. From the client perspective, we are all in it together and everyone is open and unpretentious. It’s a great place to work out.
