Paid this clinic a visit recently and was taken aback by the warmth of the staff. They were friendly and helpful without being pushy.
I did not have an appointment but was able to see the optometrist after a short wait. He was personable and very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions easily.
By the way, their waiting area is really nice and comfortable with free coffee. I ended up buying a pair of sunglasses on the same visit which happened to be on sale!

I have been going to Vision plus for 2 years now. When I made the change they were very accommodating and the optometrist was great. I have recently referred a family member to them as well, and they were just as welcoming to him.

I see a mixed bag of reviews on here and am really surprised. I have been using Vision Plus for 13 years and have had nothing but the best possible care and service. All my questions are answered by the doctors and they give lots of time in your appointment to explain in detail everything about your eye condition. I a have been nothing but pleased with them and would highly recommend them.

My doctor was rude and costumer service was poor. My glasses were supposed to take 3 weeks, at the 3 week mark I called to see if they were in and was told they would be any day. At 4 weeks I went in to talk to someone and no one knew what was going on, so they said they would call me the next. The next day I got a phone call saying they had never faxed my order and were doing it now. Worst service I’ve ever received.

This place is amazing, I don’t know what the other reviews are talking about. My eye doc Dustin was top notch, everyone was very friendly and always had smiles on their face.
I had a eyeglasses/​contact fitting and prescription, an eye exam got contacts and a to die for brand new prescription pair of Ray-​Ban glasses all for 305.00 that’s right DESIGNER Glasses and NO EYE INSURANCE.

The eye doctor was great, but the customer service is horrible! They told me it would take 2 days to get my glasses, 1 week later they acted upset with me for dropping in to pick them up when I had not yet received a call that they were in. It has now been 10 days, and my glasses are still not ready. A simple apology and an educated guess of when they might actually be ready would make me happy, but they have not provided either one.
