Terrible! They had my glasses but said I didn’t leave an updated phone number. Wondering if anyone has had problems with this business. Paid nearly $ 500 cash for my eyewear and doesn’t seem much better than my last pair. Was supposed to have transition lenses. My husband has transition lenses and mine are nothing like his. So disappointed. My next eyeglasses are going to be bought elsewhere!

I’ve been going to Dr. Mark for eye appointments for 2 years now and have to say I have never seen a better doctor! He took extra time with me to answer my questions. I love the new office on James St. and the staff are extremely helpful. I just bought new Prada glasses and I love them!!! I will refer all my friends and family to Vision Plus.

i like my glasses with a ear piece that holds glasses so when i bend over they don’t fall off. they accomadate. pretty good service
