4 stars for selection, quality of merchandise, and friendliness of employees. Being a local business, the process for receiving merchandise that one has selected from their website catalog can take a while. If you select a fixture that is made at a small factory many states over you can expect to wait a couple of weeks. The hanging ceiling light I selected was around $ 170 with delivery. Lowes did not have anything of that quality or selection. I could have gotten something would have done the job for 20 — 30% less at Lowes let you get what you pay for… and I think it’s good for the American people and the economy to support smaller businesses in communities. I was able to see the beautifully displayed impressive selection and found it very illuminating.
