I received a gift card so I went in to use it. The lady at the counter was very short with me, it seemed me taking a few minutes to look at the pastries was irritating to her. When asked if I was going to order a drink I said no (i don’t like their coffee) I think this is what cut her tolerance for me down. I didn’t even feel comfortable enough to ask questions.
This visit just solidified one of the reasons I do not patron Starbucks.

Have been there twice for drip coffee. Worst burnt coffee in the county. If you drink drip, dont go to overpriced, no refills starbucks. And horrible for parking. Am/​pm was better.

It seems silly to me to write a review of Starbucks, because… it’s Starbucks! Except, this Starbucks is awesome. It’s super spacious, so you don’t have to worry about finding a table to sit and get some work done.
Aside from that, this starbucks location has some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. They always have a smile, they take the time to chit chat with you, despite being super busy. and they genuinely are nice people. I order a Berry Hibiscus refresher to go along with my coffee (rather, to drink after) which takes a little longer to make, and they always make it just right, instead of rushing through it. I’m not a daily coffee drinker, but I find myself heading here when I do want a cup, over some of my previously favorite local spots. So, that says something!

Clean location, quick service and friendly staff. Drinks are made to Starbucks quality standards and the location has a large seating area and a welcoming vibe.

Used to be the best, now consistently the worst. Your hot drinks are either scalding hot or lukewarm. I just filed a complaint with Starbucks online as this is a constant problem. I will patronize a different location. Let’s not forget that you screwed up my boyfriends order for a sausage breakfast sandwich to a cinnamon roll.
Oh, and some of your new employees? Worst attitudes and poor customer service. Talking to your coworkers while we are waiting, and ignoring your customers? Not cool.

I’m releasing this information about this SB location because I’m confident no one will read this.
It’s Saturday night and this place has just the right amount of buzz, seating and energy to keep a student arduously going! The layout of this location is very spacious, with sever tables (round and square), not fixed, as well as several couches and leather seats.
I really like this location because the parking is abundant and the seating is plentiful.
Thanks again SB for being there when I need a place to study without the conundrum of a bustling house.

Great Starbucks to lounge around. Good service and large parking lot. I’m a huge Starbucks fan, they may not have the best coffee (in my opinion) but they score HUGE with their consistency in food and beverage, wifi and the Starbucks App. I sometimes don’t carry my wallet, but I always carry my iPhone so when I need a bite or a pick up I head over to the ‘Bucks’ for a pick me up, warm welcome and my free wifi!

I have liked this location for a long time due to it’s relatively massive size. You can pretty much always find a place to sit. The staff is always really nice. I thought the redesign was going to make this store better, particularly having a cozy fireplace. However, the grey walls and the torturous new wood chairs corporate decided to put in make me not want to come here. And I’m kinda crushed because, like I said, this was a great place to hang out. I’m still giving this store four stars because I’m sure this stupid cane chair fad will be phased out soon.
