9:25AM Friday morning. No food(apparently the owner was out shopping for it). No green tea. Watery decaf. Chai tea from the box poured in front of us. Empty display cases. You get the picture. In the land of coffee this was an astounding disappointment. The locals to a person recommend Woods.

The desserts may be delicious here, but by principal I suggest you try elsewhere where you will also get way better prices. The«management» at this business is horrendous; a joke. I have seen the owner herself be flat out rude to customers, struggle with her own POS system, and excuse her son who will literally cut in front of customers to get what he wants, whether it be pie in the case he touches with his unwashed hands or demanding from an already working barista to make him a drink. This place is a nightmare. Take your precious dollar to a business that treats it employees with respect and has an understanding of business etiquette.

I’ve eyed this place for a while since I always take the two boys I nanny to the local park. Upon walking in to a semi-busy café, I wasn’t greeted by the two ladies standing in the front. I sat at the register for a minute or so while the lady tried to figure out how to work the register — not saying a single word to me or even acknowledging me in the slightest. The chai tea that I got tasted great, but the lack of customer service won’t have me coming back here again, sorry! After working in customer service for the past 6 years(one year being in a coffee shop) I guess I expect a high level of customer service, but this was very below standard.
