there Phở is so so good. I love Phở and I am pretty picky when it comes to bland. This Phở has great flavor and they do the medium rare beef just perfect.

Korean joint with some Vietnamese dishes. Had the P7. Phở with rare beef, brisket, tendon, and meatball. It was okay not really authentic. Also tried the spring rolls. I don’t often like to order something I can make. So I asked if the spring rolls were served with pork and shrimp and the waitress said«yes». When it arrived, I was on my phone. So when my phở came and I finally decided to try one spring roll, turns out it didn’t have any pork in them. I waited until the waitress came back. But she never did until she brought the check. When the check arrived, the waitress was like oh forgot u wanted ur iced coffee in a togo cup. Told her about the spring rolls. Told the owner about the issue. She decided to argue with me. I didn’t want to be silent nor loud so I said what I had to say. But she decided to keep going. Needless to say. Bad experience. Food was okay. Edible, but not for people who wants to enjoy a meal. Service was okay considering they make themselves busy by only having one waitress. Not exactly an excuse for bad service.

This is probably the best Phở I’ve had in Bellingham. If someone suggests somewhere better, I’m all ears!

It’s my second time here. The food is great, I can’t lie. The flavor, the pricing is reasonable. BUT the service is mediocre. Both times, they didn’t offer a refill on beverages, not once did they check on us during the meal. If you can get past the service, the foods great!

I’ve been to many phở places in Seattle and Bellingham, and this place was definitely one of the best! The broth was incredible, the service was very quick, we probably got our food within 3 minutes of ordering it. I’ll definitely be coming back here soon! I highly recommend this place.

I went here once a year ago and it was decent. I don’t if they’re under new ownership, or just have a new cook, but it’s gone way downhill. I had a rare beef phở, and it was horrible. Broth was overly salty, and milky… Yep, it was nasty. I would not recommend this place.

Just checked my credit card and found they put an additional $ 70 on my bill. Now need to dispute the charges. If you go. pay cash. I know I will never go back. Soy House is my favorite for Phở.

We stopped by here and decided to give their food a try. The girl(young lady) was very nice and accommidated and answered questions(our boys have allergies). The place was clean and after someone was done, the girl would clean up right away. As you can see from my uploaded pictures, the food was great! The Quality of the food was excellent. The teriyaki chicken, you can tell the flavor was made from scratch, the chicken came out on a hot sizzling plate and you can see that they used onion as the base. The chicken katsu was was also done really well. It was just the right crispy to the batter. The presentation was excellent as well. This place had a decent amount of seating and the theme was intimate. The girl(young lady) was very attentive and welcoming. The food was good. Price matched the quality. Portion was about right as well. I will give this place another try and will update my stars if I really enjoy it.

My girlfriend and I started going to Phở and More a couple months ago. The first time we ate there the service sucked but the food was amazing! The lady must have been having a bad day because since then both the service and the food is the best in town! By the 3rd time we went in, she had already memorized our order. Ive been getting the spicy chicken which has the perfect amount of spice and comes out sizzling cast-iron skillet. SOOOOOOGOOOOOOD!!!

Delicious food and great service. Surprised that they can cook both authentic Korean and Vietnamese dishes. Surprisingly their phở broth tastes much better than most of the po places I have came across… I come to this place for their food and polite American waitress(not the korean wife) girl who works hard to cater all the guests. Hope that place stays this way and korean wife improves her customer service skills a little bit to create more warm and welcoming atmosphere:) Adding to above, there is a free wi-fi available from adjacent SBux which makes it ideal location for Canadians shopping there.

As a pregnant woman, I’ve been watching what I eat. As my morning sickness getting worse, I was craving for something brothy so I searched the phở places in Bellingham where they do not use any msg in their phở and I found this place. ANDITWASABSOLUTELYGREAT! The small bowl costs $ 6.75 and large bowl is $ 7.45 which is average price.(I was working at one of the phở restaurants in town for a year so I would say I know about phở pretty well.) When I asked about msg, the server(the owner’s wife? I guess?) said they never use msg or any artificial whatsoever not only in phở dish, also in the other dish. She said one of their regulars was pregnant, too and she recently had a healthy baby. What a relief! :) The food got out very quickly and it was just so flavorfully(?) tasty!!! I should have took some picturse of them but both my husband and I couldn’t help but inhaling them immediately. I never had that much food since I got pregnant haha. That visit was 2 days ago and guess what I’m having now while writing this? It’s their take out phở! :) With nicely full stomach, I felt so happy and satisfied that came to Unilocal to share my experience. I was actually suprised that some reviews are very negative about this place though. Hmmm… for me, this is one of my favorite place and I’m definitely go there again! :)

If the place is called Phở and more, I expect their Vietnamese items to taste like Vietnamese food. This place is Korean owned and basically Korean/Japanese food flavors on Vietnamese dishes. So disappointed. That was probably the worst vermicelli bowl I have ever had. And there I thought you couldn’t go wrong with that item. I was wrong. The spring rolls were wrapped with a flimsy rice paper that I could’ve wrapped better myself. The shrimp on my vermicelli was that pre-cooked frozen bag of shrimp from the grocery store grilled on skewers with teriyaki sauce on top — TERIYAKISAUCE! — What the phở?! Who grills pre-cooked frozen shrimp? Word to the wise, avoid this item and this place in general. Yuck. I left half the meal on the table — that is a first.

I have only tried the Korean food here because Korean is hard to get in Bellingham. Positives: Quite tasty. Negatives: overpriced. $ 12.99 for bibimbop. I’ve never seen bibimbop anywhere this expensive in the United States. To top it off, the portion is small. Over $ 15 with tax and tip… Too much money for this dish. As such, I won’t be coming here as much as I would if it was in line with other Korean restaurants. Especially for the service and décor that this place offers.

Very good phở. Stopped on way down from Vancouver when I got gas at Costco. Crazy long lines btw at the Costco gas. Must be the Canadiens getting gas. Phở was clean and very rich broth taste. Not watered down MSG flavor you get in so many places nowadays.

Wonderful soup for cold days and allergy days in hotter months. Great grilled dishes, and lots of Korean dishes to try. Very nice staff, two visits and they remembered us.

This place was a fresh breath of air since we were feeling unwelcome at the Indian flavor restaurant. Very welcoming, clean and friendly staff. I tried chicken phở. Kinda bland but still good. Nothing a little chili paste and sirracha couldnt handle. I also tried the new special they had can’t remember the name of it but that was awesome. All in all great experience here.
