I wrote a previous review about Ann before she entered into a partnership. This is my review on Ann specifically:
Hey everyone! I just wanted to take a few minutes to write a review and share my experience with Ann Vetter-​Hansen.
My name is Zach Snider. At the time of this review, I’m 26 years old.
When I was about 22, my relationship ended abruptly with my son’s mother. After my break up, she moved and took my son with her. VERY long story short, I called Ann, and hired her shortly after.
Not only was she thorough, but she was compassionate and genuinely cared about my son’s well being.
About three weeks after hiring her, we had a court date. It didn’t seem to matter what the other attorney said, Ann had her response ready to go.
Guess what? I was awarded full custody of my son!
I’ve had her work on my case a few times over the last several years, and she has always gotten the results I was hoping for.
As I write this review about 4 years after getting custody, I still have full custody.
If you need a FANTASTIC attorney, CALL ANN!
After reading the other two reviews I would like to add a few things.
Not only is Ann on top of deadlines, but her paralegals are also. They were able to have a legal document served for me in court, saving me the cost of hiring an out of area process server to do the job. This saved me several hundred dollars.
Her office has always dealt with my case in the most professional manner possible. I felt comfortable discussing every aspect of my case with her. She set realistic expectations and explained the legal process in a way that anyone would understand.
I’ve received many invoices from Ann’s office. There was only one invoice that reflected outdated information. When I called Ann and asked about it, she told me she knew of the error and the new invoice had already been sent. Sure enough, later that day, the new invoice was in my mailbox. I was never overcharged. As a matter of fact, Ann offered to read about 50 pages of documents for free. (I have a pretty unique case.) Not only was I never overcharged, but due to the unique circumstances of my case, Ann was able to get a judgment of about $ 2,000 for me.
Yes, from time to time when I called, I was told she is in court… Guess what… She is an attorney! THAT’S HER JOB! My calls were always returned quickly.
She NEVER came kicking my door down about adding money to my retainer as other reviews would have you believe.
I stand by my previous review… This is a great group of ladies that will go to bat for you when you need it!
Unfortunately, due to the circumstances of my case, I’m sure I will be in court many more times before my son is 18. I will continue to work with Philip Vetter-​Hanson Family Law as I’ve never had a reason to look elsewhere.

Lynette has changed her name and now goes by Lynette Philip. I wish I’d known because I wouldn’t have hired her if I’d seen the negative reviews linked to her previous name.
She missed every deadline she gave me (by months… not days!). She dodged my calls by having her rude staff say she was in court, which was BS. She overcharged significantly once she saw my financial information. She tried to drag out the proceedings to line her own pockets. She tried to escalate a calm situation to her own benefit.
The only deadline she was relentless about was payment of her invoices, which were inaccurate, and inflated to the point we considered reporting her.
Do not choose this attorney!

I’ve heard every client in a divorce case is disgruntled and their opinions count for naught. So I’ll just say that Lynette promised me that work she did would be billed at her hourly rate and most work — photocopies, phone calls and other simple stuff — would be billed at the rate for her paralegal who performed them. When she burned through three paralegals in almost as many months and nothing, but nothing, was billed at the lower rate, she refused to accept responsibility for the fact that she couldn’t keep her staff. I paid a load of money for a lot of nothing.
