I have never had a worse Dr’s office experience in my life. My husband has been a patient here for about a year, and when our daughter took a fall and was in pain, I called this office the following day to get her some relief. We arrived 5 mins early for our appointment, but waited 45 mins before first seeing the Dr. We are seasoned chiro patients, and have a chiro in the family(who lives in another state). This office has a certain business model that they are basing everything they do upon, regardless if it makes sense or not. After waiting so long to see the Dr, my toddler who was with me was having melt downs. Regardless, the procedures were still followed… use high tech equipment to measure strain, yet do not measure her degrees of movement for mobility. Take 3 x-rays, even on a child. This will be used at her follow up appointment to show me the amount of subluxation in her next and spine, in order to sign her up for a lengthy treatment plan. Insist that this 12 year old watch a 7 minute video on the benefits of chiropractic(which she has seen before at our previous office prior to our move) while her toddler sister is screaming on the floor. After all of this… tell me that you don’t do adjustments on the first visit until you can thoroughly go over the x rays and treatment plan with the patient on their NEXT visit. I was dumbfounded. I knew that this was something that this particular business model often employs, but when you have a child in PAIN and I had specifically called to ask if she could get and exam AND adjustment today, you don’t turn around and tell me I need to sit through a sales pitch on a treatment plan before this child can see some relief. They eventually did get her in for an adjustment, and I was told that things«needed to get shuffled around in order to get this done». I was made to feel like an annoying inconvenience for insisting on the getting the relief for my daughter that I had initially called about, asked for, and expected to receive. Another issue is the front desk staff. Their new staff member is in the wrong industry. Her snide, curt comments absolutely ruined the entire experience for me. After the initial 45 min wait, I was annoyed. I was also frazzled by my temper tantrum throwing toddler, but still doing fine. My toddler needed her diaper changed, so I went into the bathroom, but did not see a changing table. I asked the 1st front desk staff(I believe I heard her say her name was Andrea) if there was a diaper changing station in the office. Without looking up, she simply stated«No». I waited a few seconds to see if she had another idea, then asked«Where would the best place to change her?». I didn’t want to disturb anyone by changing her in an exam room. She finally looked at me, annoyed, and said«Ummm…the bathroom?» Let me get this straight… you want me to lay my baby down on a dirty bathroom floor to change her diaper? Luckily, the 2nd staff person overheard this and quickly lead me to an alternative room to change her. Toward the end of my daughter’s appointment, I had had it. I was expressing my irritation at the length of the appointment(1hr 40 mins at this point and STILL going) to the 2nd staff member(the helpful one) and Andrea calls out from her computer«Well, this IS a Dr’s office». Done. I’m done. I made a follow up appointment for my daughter, but will be calling the office in 10 minutes when it opens to cancel. I don’t care if the Drs. there are amazing, or not. There are plenty of other competent chiropractors in this town. Don’t waste your time being just a number in a factory.

Love these guys! They can always get me in on short notice which is great as my schedule is pretty challenging most days. I’m very happy with the care I receive as well and they have been responsive to my concerns and have also been very proactive in helping me with any issues I may be having.
