We were experiencing a furnace failure at a rental we own in Bellingham last year and didn’t know where to get help. It kept making strange noises. I found Marr’s on Unilocal and called Ken the owner. He was easy to talk to and seemed to actually care about our problem. He sent a worker over in a reasonable time period. Ken himself followed up with me a couple of times to see how things were going. I like to do business with small businesses and will call Marr’s again(although I hope I don’t have to).

We’ve had quite the opposite experience. Ken Marr takes a friendly and informed approach to our business. He helped troubleshoot a problem we had with our heater. His staff has been competent, and capable. This is an honest business with reasonable priced service which treats customers like gold.

Did not have best experience with Marr either. The furnace ended up fixed, but the technician was not very competent, fumbled around trying to put wrong part in for over an hour, had to go back to warehouse to get correct part. Still did not know how to install it. I paid for all this extra time and travel. Would never use them again.
