So this place had a lot of potential. I went in to get my brows done and was greeted by a friendly receptionist. I filled out some paperwork and waited to be seen.
The gal who did my brows was nice and pleasant but I was not thrilled with the quality of work. She did the very minimum for my brows. I spent more time filling out paperwork and waiting than I did getting my brows done. They look OK but it cost me $ 25 NOT including tip. I have had a better experience at Benefit in the mall. I am disappointed in the results and pricing so I will not be back.

Very expensive procedures and often hard sale tactics. I got a package deal, which was horrendously overpriced but I wanted quality work. Instead I am treated as if I am an inconvenience every appointment, randomly get canceled on with very little notice and charged nearly $ 100 if I am caught in traffic and late for my appointment. Also, get everything in writing and get a second copy. They will lie and say it isn’t covered or it wasn’t the original agreement. Honestly, just go somewhere else.
