My review can be summed up in just a few words: these people are awesome! Every time I go there I talk to people who have quite a bit of knowledge! The staff are more than willing to share what they know!
My most recent experience I talked to James and he was telling me about my studio set up. I didn’t bring my equipment but he was able to tell me what I need for a proper set up. He wasn’t pushy at all and you can tell he is passionate about studio set ups! You can’t ask for better service!
I also went there about a year ago to figure out why my system wasn’t working. It turns out all I needed was a new cable, not a new mic. Thanks to James (different James) I got it fixed and it didn’t cost me a whole lot.
They also have intro courses led by the store manager. I went to one. It was about an hour but I felt like I learned so much!
Like I said, these people are awesome!

Great store, super friendly associates, helped me with a small accessory even tho it was an inexpensive item they were extremely friendly and helpful.
