Any experienced gardener will tell you that the growsource soil mixes are way too heavy on the sand. General contractors don’t care and I guess sand is cheap. When I tell the employees this they fake ignorance. Get the real deal some place else.

We’ve gotten both topsoil and garden topsoil from these guys. Their topsoil is pristine and after having 4 yards delivered last year we didn’t have any weeds growing in it. It was a nice soil mix and our new grass seed areas grew quickly and thrived. We were thrilled with it.
Haven’t had a chance to plant our garden yet in the 4way garden blend soil but it looks great. Repeated customers for a reason, and their prices are better than their competitor, who sold us cruddy topsoil last year.
