Don Hammons Team – Keller Williams

Don Hammons and his team listed and sold a house for me in north Whatcom county and just listed another house of mine this last week. Both experiences have been absolutely outstanding. I have never seen any real estate agent as proactive and quality-​minded as Don and his team. The sign, photos, the flyer, videography and all the trimmings were done within about 48 hours; more importantly, everything was perfect. His advice on pricing was thoughtful, well-​studied and made perfect sense to us, given the market. We have no doubt that our current home will sell just as quickly as the previous one he handled for us. In the 1980s I had a real estate license and sold a lot of properties and even considered taking out my license and working in the field again, but I just don’t think that I could do a better job than Don and his team does, and would be worried about trying to compete with such spectacular service. I just can’t say enough good about all the work and effort and value that I’ve received from Don and his team — they are amazing!

Don worked hard to help us get into our first home. I didn’t really know anything about the process, and Don was great walking me through everything.

I haven’t closed any deals with Don yet, but he showed me a few houses the other day, and was really good about being realistic with the properties’ strengths and weaknesses without being pushy. One was his own listing, and one wasn’t, but as a buyer’s agent, he was happy to make sure my needs came first, and didn’t just push me to his own listings.
