Kyle is the BEST!!!
He matched prices, found me rebates, stayed late on the weekend to help load my truck. I couldn’t have asked for better service. He was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to return all my calls, texts, and emails. I would definitely recommend him and Dewaard and Bode to anyone looking for appliances. I’ll be back for sure!
A little more… I received the best service I could have hoped for from these guys. I came in with my dad, who bought a couple appliances earlier in the month, and the experience was great. I needed 5 new appliances for our new home and Kyle worked with me on pricing to match what I found online at a box store. He explained the mail-​in rebates and even found me an additional 4th of July special deal to add on. He really put out the effort to get me the best price to earn my business. Seriously, I don’t write many reviews but I had such a great experience I had to share.

D & B’s Outlet Store was our first and last stop during our hunt for a new washer/​dryer. Our sales guy Kyle was quite helpful during both visits — he knew his stuff, patiently answered all of our questions, made good recommendations about different brands and models, and was personable. We got $ 100 off in coupon savings on top of an already good price and left happy with the overall experience. Also, we had a hiccup with installation — our bad — and they rolled with it and came a day later.

The fridge in my rental died and I needed a new one asap. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on it, so I thought I would check out the discount store. They had exactly what I needed and it was at the price point I wanted. The sales staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were even able to deliver it next day! So over all I am very pleased with my experience.
