Great place. Clean and professional appearance. Great family owned business. Knowledgeable techs. They are a technet shop so the offer all the warranties and services that you get at the national chains or dealerships.

the only place i trust touching my car! they saved my tires twice from two other separate businesses over filling them two and three times more than they should have been filled. great customer service, they even took the time to look at my car right before closing. definitely recommend them!

I have had three experiences here so far.
1. Needed tires on my 96 Chevy S10 (Back in 2008). I cannot remember what I paid, but they did a good job in a reasonable amount of time. Pretty good.
2. My 00 Dodge Dakota took a nail in the front right tire (Back in 2012). Brought it in (already removed from the car) and they got the tire in the garage no problem. Less than 5 minutes later, it was done. Waited a bit to pay the $ 15 bill and got out. Reasonable.
3. My brothers 95 Camry also took a nail. Brought that in (Already removed from car.) This time, the receptionist lady was too busy chatting it up with some old guy about how good doctors are hard to find these days. We waited at the counter for her to address us for a good 15 minutes before the mechanic came in to check the prices on a tire for some guy on the phone. Once he got done with that, he looked at us and asked how he could help us. The service was done nice and quick, but the receptionist there is absolutely terrible. If you want anything done here, go right to the mechanic.

I needed a tire on my van replaced. It has what is called a split-​rim. OK, got a quote, agreed to it. When I went to pick van up and pay bill, the bill had been increased over a $ 100 dollars more than what was quoted. I was told mechanic had to buy special tool for job. Last I heard, mechanics buy there own tools. Well, we battled about it at counter and finally they gave in. Will never go back.

Way too expensive. Lousy customer service. Good vehicle service. The last does not outweigh the first two however.

My mom took one of my cars here because it’s close to her. If she had called me, I would have known exactly what was wrong — I had a K&N air filter on the vehicle and it came loose. It happened once before. My mom took it to them instead and they took her for a ride. They charged her a lot of money and stole my K&N setup putting the stock airbox and a low quality filter back in.
Edit: Apparently they put the K&N setup in the trunk, but that doesn’t make things acceptable. They still charged her for parts and a repair that didn’t need to be done.

I needed a tire changed and had limited time so Charlie’s it was. I guess that was just the first mistake in the two days to come for my vehicle. I always felt uncomfortable coming here and this time was no different!
The first thing I heard was one of the mechanics complaining about a customer — bad start. Then he started to swear, that usually doesn’t bother me but anyone could have walked in — kids. At least he could of waited till he was in the garage area and not in the waiting area! Whatever, F’ him.
So i told my sob story to the guy at the counter and he took my info. I was praying that the angry dude was busy. Prays answered. Some other mechanic (grumpy looking to) took my keys and off he went.
I asked about a used tire and the price he gave me I could have bought a new one! And when I said I would keep looking and thanks, I knew he was annoyed. Again, praying this experience was over.
Finally, he told me that my car was done. Of course, I expect to be handed my keys and bill but nope. He leaves… Now the lady behind the counter tells me $ 20, what! I paid $ 8 bucks down the road. But it was my fault I waited till the weekend and the other place was closed. So much for convenience, but i digress. I paid and still did not have the keys or did i know where the hell the car was.
They left the keys in the car and in front of the bay. No thanks and here are the keys, nothing. I am surprised I did not get a kick in the ass out the door.
You are probably wondering why the two stars. Well one star is for the time it took (8 minutes) plus being open on a Saturday. The second star was for the library of National Enquirers for me to look thru.
Lesson learned — patience is actually a virtue…
