Great massage therapy clinic! Very clean with a comforting décor. I highly recommend Beth. She’s given me four prenatal massages so far and she’s exceptional!

I’ve had several massages with different therapists and they’ve all been exceptional! Great service, comfortable treatment rooms and great massages. What else can you ask for?

I went in for the first time recently to get relief with my back pain and chronic headaches. I’ve tried several massage places around town but never found someone who suited my needs. Maya was my massage therapist and turned out to be everything I had been looking for. I also appreciated to casual atmosphere. I sometimes love going to a spa for a day of relaxation, trickling water, and steam rooms. For this massage however, I just wanted some pain relief and to work with someone who understood what I needed. Maya listened to my requests, then stated we would work together during the massage. She was able to find areas in my neck, back, and arms that I didn’t even know needed to be worked. It’s been three weeks since I’ve been in, and my headaches are at a minimum and I’ve had no back pain since. I’ve decided to go see her once a month, not only because it’s affordable, but because it’s the best I’ve ever felt after a massage session (and I’ve had many).

I highly recommend Cascadia Center Massage. Beautiful treatment rooms, cozy bedding, wonderful scented oils and my personal favorite, a soothing hot neck wrap. I have referred several people to Cascadia and they have all loved their experience. Purchasing gift certificates for my friends and family from Cascadia is one of my favorite gifts to give. I recently purchased a gift certificate for my husband (who is picky about massage therapists). I saw him right after his massage he simply stated «THAT WAS AWESOME».

I wanted to write an update to my first review. I had a sore back and since my one appointment with Julie I have noticed remarkable improvement.
Both my husband and I have had sore backs since we had been sleeping on a problem mattress. We changed mattresses and had improvement but still weren’t back to where we used to be. I am now feeling like I was before and am making my husband an appointment tomorrow so he can feel good too.

I’m suprised there aren’t more reviews on this place! I just got a massage done by Andrea, and I have to say I am a fan. From the minute I walked in I was greeted warmly, and the massage was FANTASTIC. I got a deep tissue massage and Andrea beat me up (in a good way) without being too rough.
