Bellingham Smoke Shop

I’ve loved this place forever, but as of last night I’m really pissed. I bought a couple bottles of e liquid, and when I got home I noticed one of them was HALF EMPTY
Definitely didn’t spill it, the bottom of my purse was totally dry. The guys there were super nice and helpful, but having a used bottle of juice on the shelves and then selling it to me for $ 10 really doesn’t fly.

Worst smoke shop I’ve ever been to. Sold me a BROKEN vape for $ 70 and then when I called they told me I couldn’t return it and hung up on me. If I could give this zero stars I would.

No super impressed. Place was in total disarray from unpacking boxes. Thank god there was a guy who spoke english. The other 2 didn’t know what the hell they were doing. If you want to buy a hookah, go elsewhere. No a vast selection and cheap. They didnt even have replacement hoses.

I just left this store and realized that after putting $ 80.00 on my VISA card, I had not been given a receipt. I immediately called the store and asked if I could come back and get a receipt. All of a sudden the guy couldn’t seem to speak English and wasn’t making any sense. He said something about me having to bring the merchandise back if I wanted a receipt. He ended up yelling at me and hanging up on me. I am afraid this will now turn into a nightmare with my VISA card, now that he has my information. Horrible experience. I am hoping to be able to contact the owner and I am praying my VISA has not been compromised.

Best smoke shop around. They have cheap glass and high end glass, so you have a choice between quality and affordable. I love how they have almost every extension and adapter to basically make any bong into what you smoke out of it. Their e cigs selection is great too.

Well, I really want to give them a 0. Very unprofessional, very, very low quality products. Would NEVER purchase again, and would NEVER recommend to anyone. These guys do not stand behind product, and DO NOT value the customer at all. Its all about making a buck, and screw to customer. Find another smoke shop, there are much better around.

I’ve Shopped at Bellingham smoke shop plus several times since they’ve opened. My first 2 times there was nice, the prices were cheap, but the second time i purchased a rig it smelled of isopropyl alcohol (as if it had been used and cleaned). Didn’t pay too much mind to it, because it was a nice piece at a decent price. But still… C’mon. Really? But recently… the last time i shopped there, and this was my last time ever shopping there, i bought a bubbler concentrate rig, and it was nice! I heated the nail as usual and pick it up… what happens? It breaks! Clean at the base of the mouthpiece. After investigating I noticed that The torch had heated some super glue that had been holding the rig together. It would have been nice to know I was investing in a broken piece. Well that is just lovely, allowing your customers to ingest carcinogenic epoxies. I returned to the store the next day to try and exchange the piece for another. The clerk told me that that he wasn’t going to let me exchange it even though they were at fault. I explained that no one at any point in time informed me it was broken and glued and its a blatant health hazard, and i do not want to use it. The clerks response was to clean the glue off and use the broken piece as best as i could. Are you kidding me? I told him to keep it and walked out, the money i wasted i guess contributes to my motivation to write this review. Do yourself a favor and do not shop here if you value your heath and money. If they knowingly sell used goods, and superglue broken broken glass and resell it… what could they be doing to the rest of their stock?
