My boyfriend talked me into buying my car from here. Told me they will say if there is a problem and they are pretty upfront so you know what you are getting into. After fighting him a month I gave in. Found a car I love and bought it. It stated that it may need brake work. I was impressed and thought brakes really aren’t that much and we can change them ourselves. I drove about 15 miles and the trans starts slipping and by the time I get home it’s not shifting at all. Took it to a local mechanic who told me there was 2 quarts too much of trans oil and that there was some sort of additive that so much had been added the trans oil wasn’t working because there wasn’t enough of the actual trans fluid in there. I think they should have disclosed that little problem as well as the brake problem so at least I could’ve had the choice whether to spend my money or not. Disappointed that I spent money I have been saving for over 8 months for nothing. To fix it would be 3 times what I paid for the car. Feel like I was taken advantage of
