Bath & Body Works

I have always LOVED B and B! I go there all the time for cheap but well priced items. I get items for myself, for gifts, or even just to have around the house in case I need to pass on something to a friend (I always over buy during sales).
Today I was in the store, however, and was BLOWN away by the staff! They were super busy, but I still felt important. Two staff members chatted with me and helped me find just what I needed. Now, I used to work in retail (3 years at an Old Navy while in college), so I know good customer service when and see it… and JAMES was flawless! He joked with me, chatted with me, and never made me feel like I was just a sale. Thanks to him I got a perfect gift for my boss that I know she will love. And, I cannot wait to go back to let him know how great of a help he was.
This store is not the first B and B I have been to, and not even the biggest either, but it is my favorite thanks to the kind service of workers like JAMES who go out of their way to not just be nice to customers, but to really care about them and take an interest in their needs while they are in the store. Great job B and B crew at Bellis Fair, you guys are amazing!

If you’re looking for bath things like shower gels, soaps and bathbeads… this is not the place. The word «bath» in the title is a little misleading. This store is mostly lotions, regular and anti-​bacterial, candles and air fresheners. Hence the confusion of the «bath and body works» title. They should name it «fragrant home works» The products are of decent quality, however, you can find something cheaper with the same ingredients. The scent library is amazing. Customer service is always friendly.

The sweet scent lures everyone into the store. I am no exception to this rule. Even though I am staying at a hotel, I seriously thought about buying one of their scented candles because they smelled so delicious. Fortunately, they had similar scents available in small spray bottles so I bought one to spray in my room. I also picked up similar scents (Caribbean Escape, Vanilla Lavender and Mint Eucalyptus) in a ‘buy two, get one free’ and an air freshener dispenser for my car. At the register, they always give you a coupon for your next visit and a notification about an upcoming sale. Sadly, my next visit always happens after the sales are over, and I never manage to produce the coupons when I need them.
I never think I will be back, but then I’m always led by my nose into this sweet smelling establishment each time I pass by.

Almost all of my bath and soap products come from Bath and Body works. I don’t remember the last time I washed my hands at home without using their antibacterial line.
I am completely addicted to their scents and have about half their house line. When I ran out while living abroad I begged a friend who was going to America on business to please please please go to one and buy me my Sweet Pea body wash and lotion (male friend, not his store, but the begging worked).
I love when you walk in sweet smells surround you. The staff is always super friendly without being invasive to my shopping space, and informative as well.
Plus they regularly have promotions going on so something is bound to be on sale when you go. I love this store!
