Sketchy!! Ok so I just came here and ordered 2 chili dogs and a corn dog. I have the discount card for buy one get one free chili dog. I pull to the window & literally sat there for 5 mins and no one came to the window until I honked the horn. She then came and I inform the girl with 4 inch nails that I have the discount card. She tells me oh my manager has to be here to put that in. Ok so you guys don’t learn to put in discounts yourselves? Ok. So I just buy regular price. So as I’m waiting I see this girl chatting it up on her cellphone. So unprofessional. I would call the manager but from the looks of him he doesn’t seem interested when he takes my orders anyway he seems bothered. I just didn’t trust them being out of sight for 5 mins they could be doing anything to my food.

If I could I would give this location 0 stars. I’ve lived in the area 12 years and although this place is close I rarely go there and tonight I remember why. After ordering my food and paying I get home to find my chili CHEESE fries have no cheese (my order was chili cheese fries and an sundae) and my cup of ice had a moth in the bottom! YUCK!!! Along with the woman being rude my food had a bug in it!

If I didn’t have to give one star, I wouldn’t. I would much rather go around the corner to the other location, owned by someone else and wait in the rain than to drive through this location again. I can’t stand the owner! I treats you like u are not paying for the service and food provided. Doesn’t greet you whatsoever and has his hand out the crack of the sliding window to take payment. Oh, and don’t ask for a napkin or condiments… ONE EACH. So damn cheap!!!

I brought my kids here and they loved the ice creams. My husband thought the new addition to the menu «fish n’ chips» was really good, we didn’t even need to ask for the sauce. I like how the cashiers greet you and are very friendly. Definitely a must go to place.

This place was pretty bad my food looked like it must’ve been out for hours at least one of my polish sandwiches was looking green. The moment you get your food through the drive through they disappear and hide so you can’t even ask for condiments because they close the window on you.

This place looks like a dump from the outside. The food is crappy. All reviews are 100% on point. Takes forever to get the food, and they still manage to mess the order up. negative 5 star review! Two thumbs down.

We’ve stopped going to this location. The owner, a bald, middle-​eastern man, is very grumpy and acts like he is doing you a favor by giving you a napkin. You cannot get your own. Ask for mustard, and you get a packet. Very stingy and unpleasant. You wonder if he wasn’t the model for a Seinfeld character — «No soup for you!’. You get the picture.
The restrooms are always ‘out of service’. Really?!
I seem to recall this location refused to allow a service dog to enter a couple of years back.

Poor customer service. We ordered the chili dog special and asked for cheese. «Mike» said it would cost extra which we were fine with. When we paid the extra and got our order with NO cheese on any of the chili dogs. We told Mike and he insisted that there was cheese and we just didn’t taste it. We weren’t born yesterday Mike, we know what cheese tastes like. We especially know what a chili cheese dog tastes like from Wienerschnitzel. Needless to say he refused to give us a refund or a credit towards a future purchase. He even refused to give us his last name. Who knows if Mike is even his real name.

Very slow service and my order was wrong. It took over 15 mins to get my order. Save your $$ and eat elsewhere.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Been here 3 times! This was my 3^rd and last. My chili cheese dogs came with little to no chili and no cheese. When I walked in the we’re pushing drive thru orders fast and ignoring patrons who waited for their orders to be taken in the dinner area. I had to ask a worker if I needed to get back into my car and go thru the drive thru instead! Made me very upset. Took over 15 minutes to get my order taken and they slapped it together inside of a bag with no napkins or anything. Rude rude rude. Beware going to the other location in Lakewood next time

This has to be an independently run franchise, very different feel and taste than the normal Weinerscnitzel. They are super slow and the manager, if he is there, seems like you are bothering him by ordering. The regular employees seem nice enough but it has to be the way this place is managed that makes it less than enjoyable. The signature chili cheese dog, although certainly bad for you, is the only reason I go to Weinerscnitzel locations at all but this one doesn’t have the same taste as all of the others. The buns always seem stale the hot dog itself always seem to have an odd flavor to while the chili itself is just not the same as the others. Thinking I just had an off experience, in the past 3 years I have given the chili cheese dogs at this location about 4 tries, all of them have been the same, very unlike a normal chili cheese dog from any other location. Couple that with the managers’ continuing poor attitude and I will not be going back to this location. Fortunately there are 2 more location where the food is up to par, and no piss poor attitude, within a mile of this location.
Even though I probably shouldn’t eat them at all, when I do get that undeniable chili cheese dog craving I will choose to go to the location on Woodruff and Carson instead. No attitude and food that taste as it should.

They are very friendly but they take a very long time to give you what you purchased… I waited 18 minutes for my order and when I got it, nothing was correct.
