Update: So after completing a police report they informed us that they go to this place ALL THE TIME. Apparently all the security they have is not good enough to stop these break-​in incidents. So if in doubt call the Bellflower Sheriff station and they will confirm these constant break-​ins because if you ask the workers at Storage Outlet they will assure you that stuff like this does not happen LIES it does and «all the time» in the officers own words.

Centrally located to the 5, 91, 105 and the 605 freeways.
Hours are 7a-​7p but 24 hour access with prior permission by the office.

This place is busy and vacant RV spots get sold quick! So if you want to rent a spot you had better hurry !!!

I love this storage, I had a unit for about a year. the staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you need. i would definitely recomend this location to everyone.

DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE!!! MANY BREAK INS!!! I’ve only been renting here for 5 days and I already got broken into. They were after the truck battery and tried cutting the cord connected to the battery. They smashed our truck window to pop the hood, glass shattered everywhere. The front desk don’t care or try to make the security any better. All they do is tell you to make a police report and call your insurance. I spoke to another tenant, and he said there was another break in last week in a trailer and he is moving out to a safer storage place with stricter security. This place seems to be safe to store your valuables with their security cameras, but it’s all smoke and mirrors.

This storage place sucks! They always raise the rent, for what?! The ice machine is ALWAYS BROKEN, the power wash is always broken, and it’s not like it EVER gets fixed! The only reason we’re here is because we can’t find anywhere for our trailer!
Find somewhere else! This place sucks!

Bad servise they don’t renew my lease because I always tell the manager his doing I preferred to on other people they sleeping in the storage they do a mechanic he own car I don’t recommend this bad place

Been renting several spaces for my company vehicles at bellflower storage facility since 2011 and I am very happy with the facility and their staff I will continue to keep my company vehicles there for long term. Very satisfied customer.

Very friendly staff always there to help. Was a super easy process to rent a storage locker. Served my family well as we were moving from one place to another. Very secure location with a gate that needs a code to open. Would use them again.

I have been here for a couple of months now and the service is great. I was recommended here by a friend and I will be keeping my belongings here.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I too was burglarized here. This place is common for burglaries and staff is too incompetent to prevent any further issues with burglaries and break ins. This company does not take anything serious when it comes to security and maintaining customer loyalty. Management is negligent and lacks complete knowledge and skills on how to operate property management.
I have lost thousands of dollars in personal belongings due to a break in from a tenant they rented to without any identity confirmation. That same tenant was loose on the property for a copious amount of time breaking into other units and vehicles.
Management lives on site to prevent these exact issues but no actions were taken to cease and/​or apprehend the suspect with local authorities.
Apparently these people (bellflower storage outlet) will rent to anyone with any false identification so that you can get burglarized without any trace to any suspects. These details come from Det. Gaffin at the Bellflower Sheriffs Dept.

Do not go here if you plan on keeping your rv damage free or unburglurized! I have a 24′ toy hauler that I pay $ 150.00 a month to keep in a covered parking spot. The people in the spots next to me, have changed a couple of times. I couldn’t say who but the tenant to the right of my spot, hit my trailer damaging the trim and ripping the wall panel from the screws. I reported the incident to the front office and they said that they were not responsible. They said I should confront the person and resolve the problem on my own. A couple of weeks later, I got a call from the front office and they tell me that they think my generator might be stolen. MIGHT BE! It’s either there or not! I go down there after work and indeed my generator is gone! It was properly secured and locked. The generator is not light. There were no signs of someone coming in through the fence. There were no footprints in the dirt behind my trailer, suggesting that whomever took the generator entered from the front gate. I contacted the front office and was told that the cameras are monitored by the corporate office. When I contacted corporate, they told me that they would review the footage and call me back. Two weeks later, I have to call them to see if they found anything out and he tells me that he has to contact the storage facility and see if they captured anything on video. They already contradicted themselves. He proceeds to tell me that they did not capture anything on video. They said that my area is not covered. That was one of the most important selling points for us! They assured us that the WHOLE premises was covered by video. The way my trailer sits, should have picked something up from multiple cameras. The times that I have brought my trailer back and wanted to dump the waste tanks I had to wait forever because tenants were washing their personal vehicles. This place is very loosely run. The front office wouldn’t come out to see that people are misusing the facility. I will be removing my unit and will tell everyone that I know to stay away from this place!
