The lady who works the front counter is r helpful at all !!! Horrible customer service maybe she’s the owner but she sucks !! She isn’t friendly and can’t even tell you the differences between the hair ! She just basically works there and doesn’t know a damn thing !! Save your time and go some where else !!!

Ok so I hesitated to leave this review but I know how I am with reviews and would not want anyone to be misled like I was. I purchased a silk based closure on September 19^th and today I can no longer use it. How does a closure piece go bald? That’s unheard of. I came to the store today at 10:30 am sign said open time was 9 am the gate was close no one in site. I lost my business — I had to drive out to LA to get hair when I live close to them not good practices with business hours

purchased hair from here and the hair is good. I have not had any problems, I dyed the hair right away to a really light color, absolutely no problems whatsoever, I have had the hair in for a 1 ½ month, I do take care of my hair with proper maintenance, wash, condition. I have not experience what the other Unilocalers are writing here, I do plan on purchasing hair again, and hope the hair is just as good. I went like 15 mins before closing (was not aware of this at the time) it was my first time in many many years purchasing hair for a weave for myself, the lady was all business like what hair do you want? and was not able to really tell me her opinion (which was ok) as I started really looking at the hair, she started being a little more helpful… overall my experience was good. I purchased more hair than I needed, and the hair type I went with is a little straight, still blends well with my hair. It is a good thing their bundles are pretty full. First class look forward to seeing you soon, this time will go with a different type of hair, I think this is really good hair for the price that you are paying.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Not only is the hair bad quality but the customer service is really bad. Don’t go here unless you want BAD hair, and customer service

I will never buy hair from this place again I was referring people here too I feel stupid I’ve only had this hair for too months and its damaged I usually have hair for about two years and I’m a cosmetologist graduate I know about hair I thought this was some good hair I guess not… fuck this place

DO NOT BUY HAIR FROM HERE!!! I got ripped off!!! I had a bad batch and the manager never called me back to replace or refund!!! The hair quality was horrible! Okay for the first few days but matted and shedded shortly after!!! JUST GO TO PAULINES!!!

I bought hair from this location over a year ago and the hair I have is still nice. It has shed which was to be expected but I like the hair overall. If you are looking for stellar customer service then you will not get it but don’t let that bother you… the hair is great and that’s all that counts! I love the wavy virgin indian!

I was expecting so much more from this place. The quality of the hair looked nice, but once it was in my head it appeared cheap. The hair had extensive shedding and became dull looking very quickly. I was not at all pleased. One the ladies (said she was the owner) was very rude and had horrible customer service (that should’ve have been my first red flag), but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Needless to say I will not be returning here for hair!!!
