Your drive through is absolutely slower than any other El Pollo Loco that I’ve been too. The staff are friendly however the drive thru pace could be picked up a bit.

My grandparents went through drive thru today to get a $ 20 family deal combo. They came back home with the wrong torillas, no salad dressing, and no salsas. I called the manager on duty to pick up what was left out and she was incredibly pleasant! :) she had a bag ready for us to pick up AND threw in free churros for the inconvenience. GREAT customer service!!! Being a manger for retail/​restaurant for 10 years– I was very impressed!

The only reason I come to this place is because it’s close to my house.
Today the girl working the drive through tried to over charge me almost $ 4 if I didn’t catch it!
And as usual they forgot the dressing for my family salad.
Beware! This location never has it’s shit together.

I really like Pollo Loco. The cashiers sometimes are not the nicest, but way better than other Pollo Locos I’ve been to. I like that they give you extra salsa even if you don’t want it. Lol

I love coming here for my Mexican food. Even though it is a chain. What’s nice about El Polo Loco there is a lot of choices. You can eat healthy salads and chicken there’s a lot of food to choose from. I recommend help oil Loco in Bellflower to all the residents. BillyBow Aguirre

Worst Pollo Loco in the Southern California area by far. This is the 3rd time I get my order incorrect from the restaurant. Then they have the audacity to say that i’m in the wrong. The managers are beyond help. Don’t visit this one. Really disappointed with their service.

This five stars goes to Breanna! You normally don’t get «five star» service at a fast food restaurant, but Breanna is the definition of this. I went with the family to eat in, which I rarely do, and she asked us in the parking lot if we were okay as I was getting my baby out. She held the door open for me long before I even got to the door. As we were eating, I saw her doing a quick clean up in the dining room area off the clock before she left. I complimented her and this review was well earned.

I normally wouldn’t care to write a review for an El Pollo Loco. You know what it is, there isn’t anything to say, right? Well, this location is wonderful.
It is the only EPL I have ever been to that consistently has food that actually looks like the pictures. I never get gross chicken or food that tastes old. The drive thru is always very fast and everybody I have interacted with is nice.
Seriously, this is a great EPL, and for drive thru fast food, I have to say this IS as good as it gets.

Slow service and they ALWAYS mess up my order. Why do I torture myself? It’s those darn coupons and healthier fast food options. If anyone has any better Mexican low cal and low price options in the area then I would definitely avoid this place like the plague!

Customer service before 3 o’clock is horrible, if you go after 3pm you will be in good hands, customer service is a great. The food is always hot and fresh, really clean place and outside eating area.

This El Pollo Loco offers table service. The cashier gave me a number to take to my table, and within minutes, a staff brought out the order to me. She also came around later to ask if I wanted anything else.
I really enjoy El Pollo Loco. The quality is always consistent. I love the flavor of the chicken.

So I got a few coupons in the mail for Pollo Loco yesterday and in the morning I decided to use one before I walked out the door to go too work. As it got closer to lunch time I was getting hungry and was looking forward to my Chicken Cesear Salad.
As I pulled up to the drive thru, I made my order and everything was fine… When I got to the window this girl… Daisy was sooo rude! She was like, $ 6… and then when I handed her the coupon she gave me the dirtiest look! (I was like, this bitch! Hahaha)
Overall the salad was good… I had never had it before, but I liked it. Would I go back to this place??? Probably, but I just hope that chick isn’t there again.

I have yet to come to this specific location and receive fast and friendly service. I’m not sure what the deal is, but the staff is either untrained or are trained but not managed well.
I have seen a number of new workers here over the past year but have yet to see any improvement in service.
There is a 76 gas station across the street — yeah I rather eat there. Seriously.

I just got an extra flour tortilla ($ 1) and the 10 piece chicken with dark meat. I wish I picked up cilantro or onions for it. If you buy a family meal, you can get a free large side. It doesn’t look like 10 pieces in the styrofoam box. My order needed sides.
My father didn’t even use the three salsas that came with it. Most of the flavor is in the salsa and skin, but I didn’t detect any citrus or herb in the flame-​grilled marinade. My parents were tired of Costco wings and Popeye’s but they don’t like the spiciness of Korean fried chicken. The chipotle sauce is really watery. With only four tortillas, I ate the drumsticks with rice instead.

Good chicken, good fries (yes fries), the service here is quick and freindly. Thier mash potatoes are suprisingly good with gravy. They have fresh corn off the cob and sweet Churros.
They have topics galore, from cilantro, onions, lemon, guacamole (red and green), and much more. Thier drink selection inlcudes tea, coke, sprite, dr Pepper, fanta, hi-​c. People love thier bowls I prefer thier burritos.
For dieters, I suggest skinless Chicken breast, pinto beans, and vegetables.
If you are on the 605 freeway, this place is very convenient. and its close to cerritos college. No bad experiences yet.
