Sooo, moving here in 2014 everything was nice and perfect. Of course you’d expect that from a new apartment anyway. I chose this residence because it is clean, has more space than my old place and has a pool for my kids to play in. I took a downstairs unit meaning there’s a chance of listening to people run across my head, play loud music, talk in the middle of the night when most people are trying to and just be rude when asked to keep it quiet from time to time. Took all of these things to our manager and she said she cant ask them to move being that they just signed a lease. In the lease it states that you must abide by community rules or you can be evicted. So I’m guessing the lease doesn’t mean anything, and that they just care about the cash from the tenant. I’ve been listening to noise for the last 4 months and am tired and seeking a new place to stay. We are young professionals who work all day, have over an hour of commute and just need a peace of mind when coming home. Let’s see, I do enjoy having my assigned parking although there’s never an open park for my second car and you have to hold spots during the day if you want them for the evening. Rent is due on the first only and they set up a pretty little sign in the grass to remind you. Please don’t pay after the 1st or else the manager acts as if her boss will fire her & that it affects her life. The laundry rooms are filthy and has 6 washers and dryers for an 100 unit building. Maintanence half does his job, wonderful guy but maybe he’s tired of the company too. Ive seen so many people move in and out, it’s ridiculous. No rent control and raises every year. Started at 1200 I’ll be at 1400 within these 2 years that I’ve been here. It’s a nice place to stay if you don’t have anywhere else to go and can put up with a few annoyances from sheriffs being outside every week to getting your car broken into atleast once.
