Wendy’s

I’m from Ohio originally and have never had a problem with a Wendy’s, it’s one of my favorite fast food joints. I cannot say the same for the Wendy’s here, not only was the drive-​thru attendant very rude, they didn’t get my order right AFTER waiting for over 10 minutes. They couldn’t even remember to put bacon on a BACONATOR. I will not be back, ever.

This Wendy’s has gone down hill. The workers have bad attitude and dislike there job and hand out cold food that has been sitting there for who knows how long

I recently visited the Bellevue Wendy’s restaurant with my wife and two girls. The cashier was friendly and attentive. I ordered their double cheeseburger combo, my wife had their 4 for 4 $ and my two girls had their kids meal. The restaurant was clean, staff was friendly and the food came out fast. The only issue we had was my daughter got my wife’s hamburger and noticed it when our daughter asked when they started putting bacon on the kids hamburgers. Outside of that, a good visit. Also, I like that they have one of the coke free style machines.

My wife and I stopped by Wendy’s on the way to a carnival to help with tear down last weekend in Bellevue.
We walk in and the manager had the top two-​three buttons undone on her shirt and she didn’t look like a manager at all. The young man that took our order was nice but extremely inappropriate. Not sure what brought it up, but after my wife and I gave him our order, he said something about how he likes being called ‘papa’ or ‘daddy’ by ladies. Again, don’t remember why he brought that up.
When we were eating, he was cleaning tables and not sure if he thought it was okay because my wife and I are somewhat young, but he started telling us a story about his grandma eating a bunch of pot brownies and how she ate everything in her fridge and whatnot; but it was highly inappropriate and made my wife and I feel pretty uncomfortable.
My wife and I couldn’t have left that place any faster. Highly inappropriate staff, managers that don’t seem to care, I don’t think I’ll ever be back.

Every visit brings a new disappointment. This visit it was the horrible butt of the tomato! Yuck. I may not be back; I don’t appreciate being served garbage!!!

Upon walking in the staff was sitting in the customer dining area.
We walked up to the register and had to wait for 2 minutes for one staffmember to walk up and take our order.
Despite claiming that the items we wanted to order weren’t served at that location, the burgers we received to take out (unfortunately we did not check) were put on different buns than usual, missing ingredients etc.
we are utterly disappointed and will definitely not be going back to this location.

I live really close to this Wendy’s but I refuse to eat there. Every time I have gone here the food has been disgusting. The people behind the counter however have been very nice. I do not recommend eating here the food is yucky.

Lack of tomatoes here! Wish they’d support Nebraska growers and buy locally rather than dealing with the Florida shortage. They do serve the food fast here, but often times the Coke taste flat or like its not being mixed well. Need to check their products more often.
