I have been a customer for a decade and love the store. Yesterday I purchased a set of pillowcases and sheets that were on sale. They were washed last night and this morning I noticed a flaw on the pillowcase(actually a small hole). So, I promptly brought them back this morning. Much to my surprise, I was told since I washed them I would only get a store credit. That information was obtained via the phone with the owner by an employee. We are talking only $ 110.00 but now I have to find something else to buy. The customer service was awful after all, I came back within 24 hours. Sometimes merchandise is flawed but the consumer should not be penalized. The owner needs to rethink her policy which is not consumer friendly in a unique situation. I asked to speak with her but did not get a return phone call.
