Your condo is worthless due to it was a condo conversion from the fall out of 2008 market and the developer left all the homeowners with a bunch of repairs which he took off to mexico and was involved with Michael Mastro. By the way your family lawyer never called us about the AC unit in the window above your unit that you were complaining about and none of the Villa Sonoma Board does not care about your complaints due they never attend Board Meetings and one is in Canada. 50 percent of your complex’s units are rented to tenants good luck with the Mortgage refi and selling it too. I hope you enjoy your little condo with a dripping AC unit in the window above your door this next summer. Just wait for the moisture and ant issues coming. You should really think about posting someone’s full name on the internet when you don’t get your way. Facts are you do not understand how condos work and the fact per Washington state law Associations are required to send a written warning if someone has a violation such as your complaint about the AC unit above your unit’s front door. You have taken your poor little issue too far by posting your rant and my name due to you not getting your way. Let’s just tell everyone on Unilocal!!!If you want more control you need to get on the Board for Villa Sonoma then you can suggest all the violations you want too but until then you just have this Unilocal review. Also the bylaws do not state that you cannot have a AC Unit in your window that is the Rules and Regulations.

Our condo property has struggled with the poor service from Suhrco for years. It has now reached the point that there is a window air conditioning unit (which is illegal here) that has been installed in a 3^rd floor window, and is only help up by a canvas strap they hung from the overhang on hooks that the residents drilled in themselves. It hangs directly over the only walkway to get to my front door and is a huge safety hazard that I have to walk under every day. I notified Patrick Bybee and Bruce Eubanks from Suhrco about it almost a month ago and they have still done nothing about it. Being against bylaws is the least of my concerns, someone could be seriously injured or killed by it if there is an accident but Suhrco is apparently not concerned about residents’ safety.
