I worked with Stephanie remotely over a period of months, and in just two days of actual touring total together we found a house I love at the low end of our spending spectrum.
The whole experience was extremely pleasant, as Stephanie has a great sense of humor and is a genuinely warm person who is fun to be in the car with. This sounds fake, I’m sure, but really, I found a great house in Bryant and we got it in our first ever offer. All this, with only 1 day before the due date (saw a house one day at 4pm, and had to have an inspection and offer by noon the following day). Even with that limited time window, she was able to pull in a great inspection team, and write up the winning offer with only an hour and a half to spare.
