Sean Goddard – Windermere Real Estate

Mr. Sean Goddard is a class act, with excellent business acumen. For years, I have followed Sean’s work, but never needed his services personally. It wasn’t until recently that I needed help with finding a reputable company to survey my property. Upon my inquiry, Sean got back to me right away with two excellent boundary survey options — one who I’ve since hired, and has done an excellent job.
I could always count on Sean to touch base from time to time, and even send hand-​written notes through the U.S. Mail. This has been going on for a long time. He does so because he’s extremely diligent and genuinely cares about people. Who still does this… well, someone who took a page out of old school ethics, engagement, follow up and the good manners book for sure. Taking things in doing his research before providing viable options is a pretty impressive way to earn my business too, I’d say.
In looking at the body of Sean’s work in the real estate community, he has consistently been a top-​tier producer for YEARS. He is a pleasure to speak with, and knows his business for sure. I look forward to working with Sean when the time comes to sell our home in Snohomish. Until then, I’ll have to thank him with a cold beer next time he’s in the neighborhood.

Sean sold me my house about 5 years ago, and although we put him though the paces with searching, and being extremely picky, he was able not only to find a fabulous house for us, but aid us in the whole purchase process. He even gave us a poinsettia as a gift leading up to the holidays.
We were happy enough to refer him to our kids, who successfully bought a condo from him as well. He then was also kind enough to pay for a NICE dinner for us. He aided us when we first buying the place, referring us to known trustworthy home inspectors, and even did so for my kids. He is quick to return a call, and happy to go the extra mile for his clients, and definitely is in tune with the housing market in the Seattle area.
