I decided to get my hair cut here after reading all the positive reviews, I guess that was my mistake. The last salon I went to I got persuaded into getting a hair cut I wasn’t very fond of. when going there I had the motivation of getting a cute short hair cut with bangs, instead I got a pixie cut with the right side being longer than the left. All in all I looked like a soccer mom, no one at the age of 19 wants to look like soccer mom. After many months of suffering with that hair cut I decided I couldn’t take it, that it was time to get a new style! Setting up a appointment was easy and simple, all they ask for is the basic info: number, name and what you want, nothing too detailed. Which is nice. Once stepping in I fell love with the place, the décor is beautiful, the place is clean looking and has a happy vibe to it. You could tell the customers were happy. The hair dresser I was assign to (you can pick stylist I was new so I didn’t) was super nice, she made me feel comfortable. This was my second time in a salon so I was extremely nervous, she lifted some of that weight off of me. I showed her my reference of the hair style I wanted which was practically the same hair cut I wanted before (bangs and short), she looked at it once for a quickly second she said it was no problem. As things were coming long, I noticed she forgot I wanted front bangs and was doing side bangs, I tried to gently remind her of my intention. As she started cutting my bangs I could feel them getting shorter, which almost causing a anxiety attack, I tried so hard not to show my concern. I didn’t want to stress her out or cause trouble. I didn’t have my glasses on at the time so I couldn’t tell how short they were getting. I am blind as a bat, I also noticed that my hair is rounder, like it wraps around my face, the best way I can describe this hair cut is if you watch Naruto there a character by the name of Rock Lee, if you haven’t seen the show look him up on Google images and you’ll see how my hair practical looks like. I feel really bad for writing this review due to everyone kindness but this hair cut is so bad. I left crying, once getting home I spend a good hour trying to find ways to style it but since the bangs are so short I can’t do anything to fix it. So I’m going to be hiding it in a beanie… This appointment was today. I have appointment this Monday to get my hair colored but I’m most likely going to cancel

I called them on Thursday or Friday to ask for a refund they were nice about it and «gave» me a refund over phone. Its been a week and still hasn’t gone through. :/

Super friendly and such nice, clean and fresh décor. My daughter and I just walked in and we were immediately treated with one of the nicest hair stylist who quickly cut a great style on our youngest kiddo. Thanks so much for the quick service and excellent hair cut!

This review is for Jessica. She is one of those rare finds. A truly talented colorist and stylist. A professional that really knows her craft and sends you out the door with beautifully styled hair, and that happy feeling that you finally found a professional that really knows what she is doing and not the disappointing waste of time and money I have experienced everywhere else for the past several years while on a quest to find a talented local hairstylist. I finally found her!

I saw Tacy last Friday for lash extensions before my wedding and she is phenomenal! I received so many compliments and both my makeup artist and her assistant were asking me about Tacy because the lashes were so dramatic and stunning. It was my first time getting lash extensions so I was a little nervous but both my mother and sister went before me. After I saw their dramatic results with Tacy, I knew I had to go for it as well. So happy I went to Tacy for lash extensions! Heads up, she is cash or check only and lash extensions are $ 150, but that’s so reasonable compared to what you will find elsewhere! Totally worth it for a special occasion! Thanks Tacy!

First visit to this salon, my eyelash lady who i have been seeing for a year just moved to this salon. Super cute inside I love the décor. If you are looking for someone who does amazing lashes and quick ask to see Tacy she’s the best at doing lashes :)

I’ve been going to Salon Bella for probably 11 years. I started coming here because my hair stylist moved here, Mari Fujita. She’s been cutting my hair for like 25 years! And yes, we’ve gone thru many different hair styles! Mari is GREAT! Salon Bella is a wonderful, serene & very friendly place to come to. They also have spa services, easy to get to & a nice size parking lot. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone!

This review is for Lucy! Lucy is one of the best waxing experts; not only is she good with Brazilian she knows waxing period and makes brows look amazing. Plus she is just easy to talk with, and funny as heck! She is just a pure joy to go see. And agree with Megan, she puts you at ease when you are FULLY exposed! ;-)

I can’t say enough good things about the team and expertise of Salon Bella. I followed them from downtown Bellevue to their new location and it is easy and lovely. Heidi is an expert at color –she has taken great care of me and my daughter for many years. Erin manages the salon with grace and expertise. This salon is a championship winner! Bobbe

A friend of mine recommended Lucy a few years ago for eyebrow waxing and I have been going to her ever since. She is a great listener and will only do what you ask her to. She is also very friendly and interesting to talk with while she works. I wouldn’t go anywhere else because I fully trust Lucy to do a great job without any worries of mistakes. She does amazing work and the product she uses is fine for my very sensitive skin too! I also take my 18 year old daughter to see Lucy for her eyebrows and she is also very happy with her and has told her friends about her as well.

This is a great salon. I’ve been seeing Heidi W. for years and she does a amazing job. She’s awesome with long, think hair. I love her so much I fly up from Houston just so she can cut my hair. The salon is stylish and the staff are very nice. I highly recommend them.

This review is for Lucy who I as so glad I found. On a trip to Seattle earlier this year my daughter and I found Lucy. I am so happy with her knowledge, gentle was treatment, and kind/​gentle way that I have let no one else touch my brows. This means I may have a unibrow when I see her again, but I’m waiting. LOL
I recommend her highly and can’t wait to see her again soon!

This review is for Lucy Wax Diva only.
I have been going to Lucy for 5 years, have followed her to her new salon, and the last 2 ½ I have been driving over that damn bridge to get there. She’s that good.
I have seen her every 2 weeks for my brows (and the occasional Brazilian) and they have never looked better. Lucy is professional, but fun and sassy, always on time, responsive on her mobile, and great at her job. It takes a special person to put you at ease when you are spread eagle.
I HIGHLY recommend her.

Girls that work there are pretentious and rude… when asking for parking valadation they actually threw a fit pretended to do it and when I got down to the garage I had to pay 10 dollars when I was there for a half hour… I get my hair done regularly and would not step foot in a place that has service like that at the front door.

Larissa is an amazing stylist. A true balayage and color genius! Every time I’ve got my hair done with her she takes the time to talk with me, to ask me questions before mixing up the color.
I know my hair color and cut look so good because Larissa is one of the few truly talented stylists out there.
Salon Bella is really nice, clean salon in downtown Bellevue. There’s a paid parking garage underneath.

Long story short I had to find a stylist for my best friends wedding and her hair stylist last minute was not able to make it. I was fortunate to have met Larissa a year ago at a sample showing which I forgot all about until my friend reminded me Larissa was a stylist. Can I just say I was really fortunate to have Larissa book me and my girls last minute to get our hair done for my best friends wedding and can we say she was able to do the brides hair within the short time frame. The bride had originally wanted to do her own hair on her special day but as the minutes progressed you can sense she was stressing out and Larissa offered her service in doing the brides hair which I’ll say saved the bride from a melt down and made her look gorgeous on her day.
She was very punctual, bubbly, open to suggestions on how we wanted to do our hairs. I truly had a good experience with Larissa. If I didnt live so far away I would have Larissa as my hair stylist

Just got my hair cut by Kim 2 weeks ago. It was my first time here but she made me feel totally comfortable and treated me like I was her usual customer. She’s super bubbly and fun to talk to which made time fly by really fast. I asked her about her opinion on whether I should get bangs or not and she advised me not to. I’m glad she was honest with me and since she has many years of experience cutting hair I totally trusted her.
After a couple days of styling my hair on my own I saw that there were some fixes I wanted Kim to make so I made an appointment for the following week. I told her what I wanted fixed and she did exactly what I asked for in just 10 minutes which I really appreciated her doing for me.
Since this salon is located right across the street from my workplace I will most likely return when I’m in need of another haircut!

I came here for a haircut after buying a livingsocial deal. I made an appt with Jessica for a haircut and I thought she was really nice. She was very welcoming and friendly and she listened to my requests. I have really long hair (almost to bra length) and I wanted to cut half an inch and thin it out a lot because my hair is so thick: I also casually mentioned that I like to curl my hair and when she was done cutting she spend 20 min curling my hair for me. My haircut is nice too because my hair is so long that there really isn’t much u could do with it. It’s a bit pricey $ 65 for a haircut but I liked Jessica a lot and the location is really convenient. Overall I’ll probably go back when I need a haircut next time.
ps: just yesterday, i received a card from jessica thanking me for coming in… which was really sweet of her :)
