STAYAWAY!!! By far the worst property Mgmt I’ve ever had to deal with. Our rented home was not inspected prior to move in, so a laundry list of problems were discovered upon our move-in day by both us and the property managers. It has been 3 months and there are still issues that have not been resolved. There is little to no communication with different facets of the property management team so we have had to talk to various individuals within the same office explaining the same issues over and over again. They will happily take your money but will find every excuse possible not to do their job. The homes they offer are and could continue to be beautiful if not for their lackluster effort in maintaining the property and taking reasonable care of the tenants. Which they absolutely do not. They only have one form of payment available and that is money order /cashiers check being dropped off at their office. Extremely inconvenient, especially in an age where paying online is the preferred method. If you have the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Ann Chung /Kelle Porter /Eric Latta you will fully understand why they have such a terrible rating on here and other sites. Please do yourselves a favor and steer clear of this company if at all possible.

Well now I have the whole story. John Janisch and Kelly Porter started a campaign of lies trying to get us kicked out. They lied to my face, accused me of serious misdeeds and sent inflammatory messages to the owner. These folks deserve to be ridden out of town on a pole after being tarred and feathered. That they tried to make us lose our home should be a crime. If you deal with these critters after reading my story(I’ve only written a small bit) then you haven’t much smarts and you’ll get what you deserve.

I am very disappointed with Protocol management. We lived in an apartment managed by them for a year and found them irresponsible and unresponsive to our questions and requests for help. We communicated several times about the mold problem, among other things, and our initial manager never responded to us. As a result our health suffered and we lost several pieces of clothing and personal belongings. Please carefully consider renting with them or allowing them to manage your property.
