First of all my educational & professional background is in Health Information Management. Here are a few suggestions for the medical management team that oversees the PT department. I won’t go into great detail regarding the front desk’s lack of knowledge and assistance, but another educational in-service training session is needed for your front staff. Your front desk team left me with a less than positive view of how well the Physical Therapy department is managed. If the club is supposed to be focused on delivering concierge style of service the PT department didn’t get the memo. I just didn’t get a comfortable well informed professional feeling. I ended up going to another physical/message therapy clinic. Who in 1 minute knew exactly what I was requesting and how to handle it. Sorry…

Kristen is a really great physical therapist. She’s warm and caring and actually listens to what you have to say, then adjusts your treatment accordingly. They are very well resourced, have doctors on staff, and knowledgeable front desk staff. It’s pretty hard to get an appointment sometimes, but I suppose it’s just because it’s summer season and everyone is injuring themselves.

Felt like I was an Olympic athlete on the mend. OK, an out of shape, older Olympic athlete. Wannabe. But sheesh, give me the dream at least! Great PTs. The nice thing is that these guys are no small shop — they are well resourced, supervised by multiple Drs, access to on-site podiatrist, etc. Easy to get an appt, flexible, with nice waiting room. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that I did not feel that«homey» connection. Maybe it was a bit too professional. When I stopped going, nobody ever really called me back to see how things were going… and that would have been a nice touch.
