I am a current resident in this apartment and have been living here for the last 8 months. By far, this has been the best apartment community that I have lived in Northwest Pacific. This is a great location at the best price. It is close to Bellevue downtown, Bellevue crossroads, & Redmond. Most offices including Microsoft, Expedia, Concur, T-Mobile etc. are within 10 — 15 minutes of drive. Sammamish high school is next to the apartment and you can even go for evening walks, jogging on the school track during the evening. Grocery(QFC, Walmart) is within 1 mile. The community is calm and peaceful. People are friendly and the neighborhood is safe and secure. The units are spacious with plenty of sunlight due to the facing of apartment. The rents are reasonable and maintenance is super quick. In the last 8 months, all my request(replacing bulb or anything) happened within 24 hours of request. The leasing office is open 7 days a week. You also get free car parking unlike Bellevue downtown apartment, where you have to pay $ 75 per month for a single car.

This place has had better days probably but for the last 2 years, its been on and off, constantly! First off, there is ALOT of activity at night in the parking lot and crime in this complex. There is the occasional car break ins. The parking lot was recently paved, trees cut down and building patios fixed but that doesn’t make the apartments more desirable. It just means they increase rent for a pretty place to live. Its not as green as you would think. Its mainly a parking lot with small buildings on the edges of the complex. There was something wrong with one of the units in my building and the entire entrance had yellow tape on it. Looked like a crime scene which i think it was but unsure of what happened. The units are old. You can expect this from an older complex and things are cheap but its less expensive than the neighboring Ridgedale apartments. However, why would you want to live next to a highschool? Worst of all, the highschool parents drive in and out of this complex because their highschool doesnt have parking at this time. What a nightmare. And because of this, there is only one was out of the complex and its on a busy street with only 1 lane. Expect to sit there in the driveway for several minutes. My biggest complaint is the residents they let run loose in here. Kids are one thing and they havent been a problem for awhile but are noisy in the summer time. The problem is management letting people sneak dogs in here and have them cause a problem. I was attacked just recently by a dog not on a leash and a small child picked it up and took it inside his house. The other complaint is last year there was a pit bull but was on a leash. The guy who owned him was a complete prick. I like pit bulls, i don’t like him or the way he was handling his dog. And last, there are criminals in this complex who are crazy. One girl who lives in the far back, Asian, short with a side cut has a criminal record and lives with her boyfriend, who has threatened to slash my tires and my life. I called police once and she hasnt been a problem since. I dont know if she lives here still since i haven’t seen her. My neighbor knew her but she moved out 4 months ago after complaining rent increased and wasn’t able to afford it. So is this place a good choice? No. I’ll give it 2 stars because its not the worst place i’ve been in but its got problems and Bellevue is expensive enough. Units are old too so the price is decent for the area but just remember when it comes to older units, you can hear your neighbors at night. Its not really a party apartment but there is the occasional A-hole who blasts his music late at night when he comes home. 2⁄5 stars!
