Pizza Hut

This was literally the worst pizza experience I’ve ever had. The pizza was 2 hours late, cold, AND they messed up the order. To top it all off they promised us a credit for screwing everything up and when we called today to get that credit honored they said they had no record of it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? WORST SERVICE EVER! Do not get your pizza here.

Pizza was ordered online and was ready at the time projected. Taste was great. People were friendly. They also give a military discount.

This Pizza Hut is .6 miles from our location it has been over an hour and 15 minutes and we are still waiting for a pizza we have called four time someone telling us that our pizza would be delivered within five minutes. It was a lie we are still waiting and I called again the last time the manager darryl was not very pleasant and he called me sweetie he wanted to bring us the same pizza which would be cold saying that the delivery guy came by twice. That was a lie. He also stated that he would give us the same pizza or credit but not both.
He claimed he called us twice yet we don’t have any missed calls on our phone. We are writing this review waiting again for a pizza and it is two hours later we were going to finish our review after the delivery but they have yet to show up so we are going to cancel our order thank you Darrell the manager and the Galvin Pizza Hut staff I would never go to this place ever ever not even if you were starving!

Ordered delivery and waited over an hour for a 40 minute delivery quote. When I called back and asked about it, they said it was cancelled since they couldn’t reach me. God forbid someone go to the gate and wait for them. Then wanted to still charge me full price to redo the order. Manager was rude while explaining I’d have to wait another hour for a pizza. What a disgrace to Pizza Hut. Never order from this one again

8p on a Saturday night and this place was already out of medium pizza doughs, hershey’s dunkin sticks, and stuff crust pizzas.
