Terrible bedside manner. Was acting too cool to even use the patient’s name. Removed stitches like he was wrangling a wild animal. I brought in my best friend for a pre sx consult(her regular doc was going on vacation and needed her to get surgery ASAP). No wonder Dr. Pin zoster was available. He didn’t give proper info, he was short and rude. Do not go to this guy. Find another option!

While my initial experience could have been better, I felt like the quick response and customer service follow up was much better.

Dr. Eric Pinczower is an absolutely horrible doctor, by far the worst I have ever had in my life. I had a paritonsilar abscess and was in a lot of pain and could not talk at all. Dr. Pinczower was called in to drain the abscess as it is a procedure that needs a specialist. I first noticed that Eric was a horrible person when I saw how he talked to his nurses. He was just flat out rude and demeaning. He treated me like I was a child, incredibly demeaning. The procedure involves, slicing a sizable cut in your throat, then pushing hard on every part of the huge, infected, painful abscess until the puss comes out. When I asked to take a quick break from the pain He rolled his eyes over and over and kept saying that I needed to hurry up because he had 30 minutes of paperwork to do, WHATDOCTORTREATSHISPATIENTSLIKETHIS? He kept tapping his feet on the ground like I was completely ruining his day, WHYAREYOU A DOCTORIFYOUDON’T WANTTOHELPYOURPATIENTS? At one point I was gagging during the procedure, I pulled away and he got aggravated, terrible bedside manner. The worst part is that I was in so much pain that I could not defend myself. Never go to this doctor as he is a lousy doctor and a bad person. His practice does not deserve yours or your insurance company’s money.
