I was moving and needed to sell my piano, so I shopped around for a piano store to sell my piano for me. Piano and Keyboard Center offered to sell it for me for a 30% cut, which was the best deal I could find. They handled moving the piano out of my house to the shop, and sold my piano within four months. Upon selling my piano, they wired the money to me very promptly. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I recently purchased a piano from there and I have to say the whole experience was great. I been in the market for a few month now and I’ve shopped around, and had a few options in mind. At the end, I played and compared all the instruments in one day and settled on a used yamaha. The store has the largest selection of used yamaha i seen in the area and generally speaking they looked better than some other ones i seen. The purchase pice was also good, I definitely will recommend this place if you looking for a decent instrument.

I am a professional pianist and piano teacher. This was the worst piano shopping experience ever. I went with a friend to help her look for a piano for her kid, also a student. The pianos were large in quantity, but poor in quality of technician’s workmanship. Most were either not tuned well or were not voiced and regulated well enough to show, hence the lower prices. But the worst part that got us bolting for the door was the sales guy. He was abrasive, not exactly nice, and even made a racial remark that was offensive. I am never referring anyone to this place.

I went out in search of a used piano and this was one of the stops on our journey. Out of all of the places that we looked at, this location had the nicest pianos and the highest end selection — but by default also one of the most expensive. They have a decent selection that seems to come and go quickly. While we were in, the least expensive piano was in the 3k range. They sell primarily Yamaha pianos but they also have a decent selection of Perzinas which are German with some parts that are made in China to keep costs down. The sound quality of these pianos was clearly above most and some of the pianos made me wish that I was in the market for a baby grand. The biggest thing for me was that there wasn’t a huge selection aesthetically — I was looking for something a little more compact and shorter — but these all seemed to be a bit taller than what I was looking for. However, Peter was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a piano from here in the future when I’m looking for something a little more high-end and bigger.
