I recently used on the go movers and they get 5 stars plus plus from me what an awesome job they did, had a team of three Nick, Dylon, and Brandon and they rocked, on time, friendly, fast, efficient, professional, and took care not to damage any of our belongings what an awesome job made our move stress free and fast not an easy task as we had 3 different locations to move and they still got done faster then what the quote time estimate was they rocked it out so glad i used this company would defiantly recommend them to everyone who needs movers they get the job done.

I was convinced of using this company after reading a lot of positive reviews at Unilocal.I was not disappointed. I thought they were very professional. Even if they were a running slightly late (30 min) for the appointed time, I thought they were thoughtful in keeping me updated. Special thanks to Rene and Chris. They were very helpful and careful with the furnitures being moved and best of all, they were very pleasant and kind. Highly recommended!

We used the labor only service. We live in a one bed room condo and ended up paying for four hours of work. I had another moving company in the past and they were able to do it within two hours. I can’t say I’m 100% satisfied. The two employees were nice; I just think the job could have been completed sooner rather than in four hours.
**Update 12/​28/​2015: After contacting the company for a resolution we were offered $ 45 (out of $ 360) as a refund. Initially I agreed to it but after giving it much though I went to Jason (the Manager) and requested that I be refunded the 4^th hour (I was changed for four hours to load a moving truck with items in an 850sq apartment) I was willing to pay for 2.5 hours. So I was asking for $ 135 back. It was denied, even though another manager, Scot, indicated that his staff admitted that they were not on top of their game. Should we end up back in the PWN, I will be sure to use other moving companies in the area.

We had to move a small amount of furniture from Seattle to Redmond and Ramsey and John did a great job. They were on time, careful, and efficient. I also appreciated that you were able to tip on the credit card so I didn’t have to run to the bank. We have to do a bigger move next month and I will definitely be using them again!

I did a move from Belltown to Renton using On the go. We had our apartment mostly boxed and I had budgeted a set amount I expected it to be. They turned up on time, packed everything faster than I expected by a lot, unloaded just as fast while being careful not to dirty the carpet more than they had to and came in under budget. I was very happy with the job and gave a higher than average tip, but most of all will use them again the next time we move.
As a side note one of the 3 man crew wasn’t able to make it but they found a replacement ASAP, and pro rated the time to be at the two man crew rate. Very professional and impressed me greatly. As a side note I was referred On the go movers by our previous apartment complex manager Kendra, who told me that they were one of the recommended movers for our complex and they did a fantastic job.

Great company. Fast and efficient. Would use again. Great service. Thanks guys

I’m not changing my original review below and would just like to update it.
I was contacted by the company management and was compensated for the inconvenience. They were very professional and I am now happy with the service I received. They showed that they care about their business and are doing all they can to improve it. I would recommend them to others and will use them again.
I used On The Go Moving two years ago and at that time I got a much better service. When I used them recently for my move, I faced two problems;
I was expecting three movers and I got two for the full period and the third one for part of it. The third mover seemed to be a third party person and showed up over an hour later. I was not charged for that hour but this was not professional.
Also, the movers were very slow (except for one, who was actually the third one!). They took their time as much as they could and it was unfortunate to see this happening …
I’m afraid I will not recommend them anymore.

These guys are seriously OUTSTANDING. The team was crazy fast, super friendly, and they took immaculate care of my things. This was a move from one house to another, and due to the differences in layout there were some challenges on getting things to fit. The team took time to help me solve the layout puzzle, and stuck around until everything was put back together and laid out in a way that met my family’s needs.
And as an added bonus, the team was super friendly, showed great team work, and they brought a fun sense of humor that made the entire experience an absolute joy.
I cannot recommend On The Go Moving enough! They blew my expectations out of the water.

These guys did a great job! We used them to move half our belongings to a temporary home and the other half into our garage for a remodel. In 4 hours, we were out of our 4000 SF house and into our temporary home. They took great care with furniture and walls and even disassembled lamps/​bulbs and re-​assembled for the 2 mile move so things didn’t break. Will definitely use them again when we move back in! Totally worth the money to save your own back and sanity — very reasonable prices for how quickly these guys work.

On the Go moving called before they left their office and arrived twenty minutes early. We did a quick walk through, they put down some Carpet Saver, and then quickly and efficiently started packing. A moderately furnished two bedroom took the three men just over an hour to load. They disassembled some furniture as requested and were very polite. Delivery and assembly of the furniture at my new place was very snappy and they charged a fair price. There was no damage to the walls nor any of the furniture. They even put together my new bed and kept the carpets at the new place from being stained.

The two guys moving my father to his new apartment could not have been nicer or done a better job. They communicated with us well, worked quickly and efficiently, and cared about the things they were moving. It was raining when we arrived at the new apartment, which had direct access from a first floor side door, so the guys put down a protective carpet to make sure they didn’t harm the nice new carpet in the apartment. BTW: both of them received tips from my dad — probably not nearly enough — but for a guy who is notoriously reluctant to part with money, he was so happy that he dug into his wallet and made sure they didn’t get away without getting tipped. We will definitely use you guys again in the future.

these guys were awesome. we had rene and rob, and they were fast, efficient and very friendly. the price was very reasonable as well. we would love to use these guys again next time we move!

Story time! So my boyfriend and I needed to move from Redmond to Bellevue last month but we had a little more than 2 weeks between places. Found On The Go after doing research for storage and moving. The great thing about them is that they are a local company and they bring a lot of value to their pricing. I’m so happy we picked them! Not only were the guys quick and efficient, but everything was moved perfectly into our new home the way it left our old one! I really appreciated the fact that they called ahead of arrival to give you a heads up and that they call at the end of the service time. I was a bit skeptical at first on the time side but they proved me wrong.
Our new place had some scheduling conflicts but not to the fault of On The Go. On The Go actually came up with the best solution which provided me with the most efficient time and pricing. Our new place limited the movers time to less than an hour for the elevator. The guys moved everything in and in the rooms I wanted in under 40 minutes using one elevator! Next time I move, I will definitely be using On The Go!
TL;DR: Fast workers, very timely, nothing missing or damaged! Highly recommend!

First. the good. Arrived somewhat on time (one of 3 workers was late) and got the job done.
The bad: left an item behind in the parking lot I had to go back for, one worker fell off the ramp and bled on the new carpet (luckily not seriously hurt), they removed some furniture bracketry without my knowledge and didn’t remember to include it (my desk is still in pieces until I can order parts), took over an hour to drive 9 miles (charging me for the time of course), tried to overcharge me $ 15 an hour more than I was quoted, dragged a greasy refrigerator across a white carpet.
Other that that, a stellar experience. Shop around folks, these guys care nothing about your stuff.

Aaron and Deshawn helped us with our move. We had a move within the same apt community. This was by no means a HUGE move. They began at 8am and 5.5 hrs later they still had not moved everything. What was really irritating is that they moved all the light stuff first instead of moving the larger furniture items. It’s like they were puttering around and saving these items for last. By noon I started to show my irritation and had to ask them to start moving the larger things. They were so slow and took repeated rests. Very unprofessional and expensive. I would not recommend these guys.

Professional, courteous and fast service. I emailed On The Go Sunday night and had 2 movers and one truck at my door Monday 11 am (very prompt)! (Julie & Jason responded to my emails right away.)
Ramsey and Derrick did a great job and got so much done in 2 hours, it was unbelievable!

Expensive, poor attitude, broke and chipped lots of items, very slow. Poor equipment and untrained staff. There are better movers for less

Used two men, no truck as we were moving to another unit in our building. They arrived on time, even calling when they were leaving their office and when they arrived. Great communication.
Once there they surveyed the move and were incredibly confident in moving each piece. They moved quickly, safely, and with great attitudes. Ryan and Drew were hilarious and had no lack of positive view on getting the job done well and on time.
I would, and will, be definitely using these guys again. Awesome service, great pricing, and they made moving fun. Highest of recommendations!

Called up On the Go on a Friday evening, hoping for a move that weekend. Scot was awesome and set a slot up for Sunday morning at 8.00am. They reached at 8.00am sharp and got the whole move wrapped up in 3 hrs (including travel charges). That was amazing as I did have a lot of stuff in my 1 Bed apartment.
The chugged along fast and were really fun couple of guys, made you feel at ease. I did have lot of expensive electronic items that i was concerned about, but the took good care of it, wrapping all items up before placing them in their truck.
I did have one problem though. The table never reached the apartment and they could not locate it anywhere. No idea how it got misplaced. I still decided to give thse guys 5 star because Jason was prompt in getting me the same exact replacement table from the store I got the table from.
I highly recommend these movers and will be using them again in the future !!
