I have been going here for the past several years, and I love it. The service gets better every time I go. The staff is very friendly and always treats me well.

I went to ocean relax on Saturday night with my friend. It was our first visit. The lady tried to have a conversation too much while she was massaging me and asked me bunch of questions.(where i live, what i do for work, what i do for fun… etc) I couldn’t relax at all. We told them that we want to get foot massage($ 35) on the phone and told them again when we got there. They double charged us $ 60(+$ 10 tip)=total $ 70 each. They did body massage even we double checked with them. I don’t know if I wanna come back again.

Went in for an hour long full body massage. On a weekday afternoon, I was able to call and come in right away. Very convenient. Love their hours as they’re open late and on weekends but have not yet tried to schedule those hours so not sure how busy they fet. I’ve had many massages at many different places and yes, as some of these reviews say, this place is a little different. They do answer the phone very casually(once I think with a mouthful of food) and have an unusual massage style but they got the job done for sure. One of the best massages I’ve had in a while. Keep in mind though that I like very strong/deep pressure and don’t have a lot of boundary issues. At some point the girl I had was up on the table using her knees on my glut muscles(i think). Unconventional but it felt great! And though she didn’t ask where my problem areas were, she found them and worked them out. This is the loosest my neck and shoulder muscles have felt in a long time.

I went here months ago. Saw the reviews and thought I should respond. There used to be more reviews. This place is strange. The guy I got didn’t speak English. I have a bad back I had to stand up and yell, «you can’t touch me there» when he tried to deep tissue many times on my surgery area. At one pont he stood on my. It was very strange and I can’t believe he truly had a real license. It’s very cheep and you get what you pay for.

My wife and I used our Living Social coupon to get an hour-long massage + sauna. Initially we were skeptical about the center, based on the fact that we were only paying $ 30 for an hour-long massage. When we reached the center at the appointed time, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist who handed us off to the 2 masseuse. The room we got was decent, nothing too fancy with two massage tables. After we dis-robed and covered ourselves with sheets it was all in the hands of the 2 women masseuses. Both of them were very professional and gave us service as if it was a full-prices massage. We chose to do the sauna after the massage. My wife and me were happy with the quality of service. The masseuses were not over-chatty and we were able to relax. The sauna room was good too, clean and seemed renovated. The facility was clean and this helped set the mood for a relaxing massage.

No no no. Tried to use a Living Social voucher, and I should have known when someone just answered, «hello?» that this was not a professional spa. «is this Ocean Relax Center?» «oh, yes.» I reserved a time for a couple days later and when I showed up, I gave them my voucher and several confused-looking women hurried me into a room with two beds in the back. One said hang your clothes here. That’s it. I saw a towel on the bed, there were thin walls and a basket of lotions on the floor. So I undressed and sat wrapped in a towel for ten minutes until the woman came back and said, «sorry, we have no reservation for you.» And I was asked to dress and reschedule, with many apologies. It felt creepy and unprofessional, and was definitely not a spa. I did reschedule, 80% sure that I would cancel. When I thought about it some more, I did cancel. When I called to cancel, I called on a Saturday morning. I got someone obviously asleep, who answered again with just, «hello?» «Is this Ocean Relax Center?» «yes». When I tried to cancel, she said she had no record of my reservation. Well, then. There you go.

My husband and I scored a deal off livingsocial for massages here. I must say it was one of my most pleasant experiences ever. The atmosphere is very enchanting and the relaxation begins when you hit the front door. Included with the massage, you get 30 minutes in the steam sauna. I have to say, much to my suprise, the sauna loosened me up and had me just right and relaxed for the massage. Unfortunately, the massage doesn’t include your feet but it was ok because we were happy to pay just $ 20 more for a 30 minute foot massage that was well worth it. We have been to trendy upscale spas many times before but the intimate atmosphere here was much more romantic for us. They also have very flexible hours seven days a week.

This Ocean comes with a giant rip tide and a killer curl! More like a tropical cyclone of a massage that left me feeling worked over and beat up. Not for the faint of heart! Nevertheless, I think the giant knot in my neck was worked out. They missed the mark in a few key areas. Pro: free use of sauna and steam room spit up for male/female usage Con: no robes provided. towels only. Pro: large spa-like rooms Con: thin walls(lawn mower and cell phone convos = distracting) Pro: deep tissue massage Con: similar to a wrestling match ’Sup to you. Maybe you need a little tough love. ;)

This place is marvelous! $ 25 for a FULL friggin’ hour long body massage? I’ve been to three other reflexology/foot/body massage places on the Eastside, and this one totally takes the cake. Marble floors, fountains, Beatles Muzak playing softly in the background, soft lighting, CLEAN… How is this place so cheap??? They have private rooms with nice recliner chairs(again, did I say Clean!?) and the massage therapists are friendly and professional. Not at all creepy(like some of the other ones I’ve been too, let me tell ya…) and certainly one of the best ways I can spend $ 25. To the weird guy in the fancy car that watched me go in, and, 60 minutes later, exit feeling AMAZING: Sorry, dude, this ain’t the kind with the happy endings! This place is a legit foot spa, you’ll have to go down the street for any hanky panky.
