Mr. Rekey

Excellent service. Arrived on time, was very professional. Made suggestions that saved me money and took care of problems with my doors closing as part of the service. He even made me 6 keys. Great work!

Mr. Rekey did a great job. I bought a new house and there was a variety of locks and some I did not have a key for. Others did not work at all. I needed a few keys to work the locks that did work. They helped me figure out the whole situation so I could use just one for all my locks and they replaced the one that did not work. They were quick, courteous, and on time. My locks work great.

I was stuck in a pinch, locked myself out while doing yard work. Mr rekey showed up quickly and got me back in the house fast. Easily recommended.

Dave from Mr. Rekey helped me re-​key all the locks on our recently purchased home. He was professional, courteous and prompt. The services were fairly priced and if I ever need a locksmith at my home my first call will be to Dave at Mr. Rekey. I recommend without hesitation.

I just wanted to let Mr. Rekey know how much I appreciate all they have done to make sure that we were happy after our lock installation. We had Mr. Rekey come out initially to install new door hardware on our front door and Ken told us that all installs are guaranteed by their business. Sure enough, a week later the Schlage latch was popping out which would make it difficult to open the door. I called Mr. Rekey back and they had Dave out the following day which was a Saturday. Dave relized that it was a defective latch and replaced it for FREE which would have been $ 100 + if he had charged us. Literally, later that day, the door nob latch broke making our front door completely unusable, turning the knob would not open the door (we had to go through our garage to get in/​out of the house). Called Dave back up and he said he would be back to take care of us and make it right. Dave was able to come back on that following Monday. I had since bought new front door hardware (both Baldwin and Schlage locks) and, on his return, asked him which one would be better. He told me the Baldwin lockset. He installed that lockset for FREE (he told me that he has seen both problems before but NEVER on one lockset). He then asked me if I wanted the garage door lock to match the front door key, I said sure but asked if there would be a charge for that. He said no, he would take care of it for us to make sure we were happy.
Now, instead of two keys to get in our house we just have one, and we have an awesome lockset on our front door THAT WORKS! I can’t recommend Mr. Rekey enough in terms of making sure that we were satisfied with our lock installation and the pure fact they stood by their guarantee of all their work (To clarify, it wasn’t Mr. Rekey’s fault the lock wasn’t working, it was a faulty Schlage lockset).
I wanted to make a point of letting others know what a great experience I had with this locksmith and especially with Dave who completely stood by his word and MADE IT RIGHT.
