First of all, I am HIGHLY active and my job is too, so I need clothes that will hold up to a lot of movement and use. This store offers a great selection — especially pants that can be dressed up to look «fancy» and non-​athletic in a jiffy! This review is mostly about the sales staff. Where to start, these girls are great! They are so helpful finding sizes and offering choices based on what I was requesting — which I didn’t do a very good job explaining — but they figured it out quickly! They also brought me other options while I was in the fitting room which stream lined the process even further. THEN! When I went to check out they offered me an additional discount for being in the health /​fitness industry — which was even more awesome!!! Will definitely be coming here again. Thanks Lucy Ladies!

Customer service sucks. The Asian sales rep on 9÷24÷2015 at 6pm was so rude. I asked for a pair of small bra padding. She hands me one. I again requested can I have a pair? She goes through some drawers and hands me another. They were both mismatched in color and size. She walks away, and I waited for her to come back and pointed out to her they are different color and size. She puts her hands on her waist, and yells at me, «They are the same size, OK!»
I have bought many items from Lucy. After this experience, you have lost a customer. You can learn from Lululemon what good customer service feels like.

Love this store! Cute and comfy clothes, but the best part is the staff at this location. They help you find exactly what you need in a fun personable manner.

I had such an amazing time shopping here! I don’t know why I never even tried lucy until now. The girls were so helpful and got me exactly what I needed! They know their stuff so well that I ended up trying (and buying) these compression pants that fit high on the waist. I would have NEVER tried on any high waisted pants but since they recommended that I at least give it a try, I ended up falling in love! WOW! I had so much fun that I didn’t even realize that I had spent over an hour chatting and trying on clothes. I would say that the majority of the clothes I bought were the ones they recommended for me. Definitely coming back! Cute and quality stuff that I can gladly say goodbye to the cold service lulu.

The clothing here is really a good quality that will LAST! There is always a good selection in the store as well. It’s not a place to go and get some big ol’ sweatpants to lounge around in if you don’t care how you look at all, but you will find actual quality pieces here that are good for working out, a quick run to the store, something you won’t be embarrassed to answer the door in ;) They also carry some «beachy» items which are great if you’re planning a trip somewhere warm… or if it’s near those summer days when it’s gorgeous outside here in the PNW!
Yes, it’s a bit more expensive than, say, a discount store o’ plenty… but you do get what you pay for and your money goes a long way here in quality. Besides, you should take care of the VIP that is YOU! (I’m saying this partly to convince myself that it’s okay to spend a bit more here myself — ha!)
Overall, a good store in a convenient location with a great product! I’m a fan!

My mentor says is pretty picky and she states this is her favorite yoga clothing store. We stopped while we were waiting to be called into Lunch at Din Tai Fung.
She’s an avid «yogi» (is that what you call it?) and she’s impressed with their selection of dry-​fit clothing. She also likes them because they have high-​quality women’s athletic clothing that makes you look attractive without the pricey-​ness of lululemon. By all means, they’re not cheap but they’re competitively priced and they have more sales than lululemon.
Since I ended up buying a few items, now I might have to take up hot yoga :)

This store might just sell the most comfortable pants ever.
Me, being a short person find pants shopping to be a huge frustration and a burden in general. This trip I was looking for spandex work out capri’s. Most capri’s on me turn into high water pants. But this store realizes that not everyone is 5’10 and makes short clothes that actually FIT short people.
I found several pairs of capri’s in my size that fit perfectly and were incredibly flattering. And comfortable! I wanted a pair of black capri’s and they didn’t have my size. No problem, they called a nearby store and they were mailed to me with no shipping charge and arrived two days later.
I need to make another trip and buy a few more pairs. I’m just sad I can’t wear their clothes all the time.

I bought a couple pants (one cotton, one stretchy) from here a few years ago with a coupon that I got in the mail. I gulped when I saw how pricey they were but I’m glad that I still decided to purchase the pants b/​c I still have them and love them!
Although the long cotton pants are a little worn out, it’s still wearable around the house. A little too thin to be able to wear out in public hehe — I don’t see it on their website anymore…
The other pair, I loved so much that when I came back to Seattle from living overseas for awhile, I bought another pair but in a smaller & shorter size b/​c I lost some weight. Called the ‘vital pant’, it comes in a few different colors and holds up sooo well in any condition! A lot of pants usually show some wear and pill after a few years but my old pair still looks pretty new and the color doesn’t fade on these stretchy pants.
Did I mention they’re stretchy? lol — I lovvvvvvvvvve it! Perfect for Thanksgiving or any event where there is a lot of good food involved.
I like the Bellevue location best out of the few that I’ve been to (U-​Village & Redmond Town Center). Store size and merchandise stock-​wise, it’s better than the others.
