Update: I’ve being going to Debi every 6 weeks for over a year for microdermabrasion and chemical peels. My skin looks great. I get compliments all the time. If I happen to delay my appointment by a week– My adult acne starts to come back. She knows my skin and what works. My experiences with her always pleasant. The location and parking are as good as it gets.

Can you give negative stars? If so, then I would!
I had bought a Groupon for a spa package for two (me and my sister). First, it took about two weeks, calling a few times a day, almost every day, to finally get someone to pick up the phone to make a reservation. Then when I finally got someone, and got around to mentioning my Groupon, they couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough. Ummm… if you don’t want people using Groupons, then maybe you shouldn’t offer them. So I had called today, because I had put in my calendar that the appt was for this sat. apparently it was last sat. I said I never received a courtesy call like EVERYONE else does either a few days before or the day before. The lady that I was talking to said that they are very busy and people should be responsible enough to make their own schedule. I was like if your that busy, then you can afford a proper receptionist, who can then do courtesy calls. I then asked if i could reschedule and she said yes, but that I would have to pay the $ 45 reschedule fee. I didn’t like it, but know that most places have that fee so was like ok. She then interrupted me and continued saying as well as the remaining couple hundred dollars of the difference from the Groupon. I then went on to say that they were being quite shady and not in good business form and then she promptly hung up on me!!! I called Groupon and told them what happened. They were APPALLED that the «spa» did this. Not only did they return the money I spent but gave me an extra $ 50 as an apology.
