This is in terms of current availability and services. Yesterday 11÷6÷2015, I visited the office staff(two ladies), and was informed by one lady that there probably will not be any units available until late December or January. In terms of friendliness of the staff, I was not offered water or coffee. I was shown a unit(by my initiated efforts) and was out the door in less than 12 minutes. I wasn’t shown an excel data sheet of when units may become available. I wasn’t explained nor sold on the complex, grounds, amenities, etc, or why I may hold off and choose Kelsey Ridge Apartments(lease up mid-Dec.) as a residence. I was hoping for an experience filled with merriment even though all may have not aligned in terms of availability and circumstance. I did not feel or embrace an uplifting customer experience. Maybe they were busy… but I did not see any other customers there besides me? Maybe, they recently had a bad customer experience and were feeling down in that regard? Any who, I wish them best. Lastly, I left my office in Bellevue because I was sold on the below data found on their website. I wasted a lot of my time due to the deception in their current advertisement. Unfortunately i have to give this place at least one star. Where to begin. I realize there are many good reviews, this place does have some things going for it however… if you do live here keep in mind rent will go up and it will go way up before you even have time to realize it. Second, dont plan on getting much sleep if you live on the side that is next to the park, games will go on here until past 10 p.m. on any given day of the week and start very, very early in the mornings on weekends and they are LOUD. Many of the attendees at these games will also try and use the parking lot, leaving you with little to no parking. Also if there is ever any kind of a snowfall, the maintenance will do nothing about it, i was stuck in the parking lot because they failed to clear the snow and it became very icy, when i called to ask them nicely if someone could come out they made me feel like i was being petty when everyone else was having this problem as well, and i dont think they ever came that day. In the summer, the pool was basically recieving maintenance ALL the time as well as the Hot tub so we hardly were able to use those either. Third, at the time that i lived here communication was awful, i spoke to a temp that worked there and i was often relayed incorrect information from upper management through her. When i was finally able to communicate with upper management I was treated by a snooty local and regional manager with little respect and understanding in regards to my issue, i was talked down to and I felt like i was basically told i was an idiot. These are all good things to know and consider before moving in. :)

I lived here for about 2 years when we first moved to the area. What attracted us to the place was that it is pet friendly(yay!) and also that it has a washer and dryer in the unit — very important! The kitchen was fairly upgraded including dark granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The bathroom had a lot of square-footage(visitors always commented on that!), and the bedrooms were a decent size as well. I really like how the complex is located in Bellevue kind of between all the hustle and bustle of downtown and a bunch of other places: good location overall. We didn’t want to live IN downtown Bellevue, and this was just minutes by car and much more private than the apartments available in the«city» area… more our speed! Overall, it’s a rather quiet complex… unless you have strange neighbors I guess. We lucked out with ours originally and it just started getting a bit more bothersome before we moved. The pool never really seemed super crowded, nor did the hot tub. The staff seemed friendly and helpful too. There were also events that happened every so often but we never participated in those. I was most surprised by the whole process leaving the complex: I fully expected not to see our deposit again(because EVERY apartment I’ve lived in before has found some excuse to keep it, albeit all out-of-state), but we got the whole thing back including the pet deposit! We had cleaned everything as best as we could, but it wasn’t spotless in there(obvious wear on the carpet, etc.) — just glad they didn’t go looking for excuses to keep our money! I’d definitely recommend renting here to someone new to the area. Competitive rent(unless it’s changed) and overall a nice place to live near a lot of stuff to do!

It’s obvious that Kelsey Ridge Apts isn’t as fancy as ones you see in downtown Bellevue, but they make up for that with the friendliness and service they offer. The office staff is very friendly and always willing to assist you to whatever you needed. Plus the repair service was prompt and very friendly, all in all the whole experience made the ease of moving up from california a lot less stressful than I imagined. I had a one bedroom apartment, with roughly 669 sqft of space. it had new appliances, new carpet, a covered parking spot and a view of trees and some baseball field, to which some people may not like but I found peaceful during the period I was there. Also, the bathrooms here are a lot larger than you would expect, almost comparable enough to the size of kitchens of some other apartments.

I stayed here with a friend for about one week as I moved to the area seeking a place. The complex is nice and secluded nested in the middle of a green belt. As a guest, the parking was always free and plenty so parking is always available for extra guests. The staff in the office are extremely nice and helpful in assisting me to figure out my living situation. I didn’t spend much time in the club house, but I know there is a keurig! The unit I stayed in was cozy. The key things I noticed in the one bed unit was the extra cabinets and counter top in the bathroom and the kitchen. There is full size washers and dryers. In the bedroom I noticed that the closet had two pole rows for hangers and was height adjustable, so its idea for anyone who packs tons of clothing. And most of all was the REAL fireplace which makes annoying junk mail a bit more acceptable ;)
