This is in terms of current availability and services. Yesterday 11÷6÷2015, I visited the office and was informed by one lady that there probably will not be any units available until late January. I was also told that the pricing of $ 1450.00 for a two bedroom is not available. Even though I was at Juniper Ridge ready to lease by the advertisement held in my Iphone and printed document. I was verbally told that that pricing and data is no longer current, even though I was looking at it online. I wasted over an hour of my day, because the management did not update the website and search engines. This was a poor customer experience. At least the organization could have tried to meet me halfway by upholding to their advertisement and emailing me at when a unit becomes available to resolve this issue. I’m trying to figure out who I need to contact to escalate this issue and inconvenience, because the manager did not help.

When I first came in the property manager was Jo James, the one mentioned in all of the other reviews here. She was really great — would always work with you to find a solution to things. She retired this summer and was replaced by Barbara who doesn’t really work with people as much — don’t expect courtesy or attempting. No problems with maintenance in general at least. Few things to note on leases here: * Not roommate friendly — ALL roommates must have credit ratings over 700 and 3x the full rent. * Even married couples are not exempt from this — they have had newlywed couples unable to move in with each other because the spouse doesn’t allow the credit rating. * Lease termination fees are extremely high As of October of 2015, they are going to be kicking everyone out at the end of their current lease, forcing them to move into another unit while they perform interior renovations, turning these into more luxury apartments and jacking the rent up by around $ 400. There will be heavy construction noise for the next 6 – 12 months. Given that they were going to force me to move my things and jack up my rent regardless, I asked if I could end my lease early since they’re starting renovations in November, as I had already found a new place. Unwilling to even think about the notion. They have no problem whatsoever forcing tenants to move and making them deal with the maximum legal allowable construction noise, but they won’t lift a finger to help.

This is a very nice apartment complex in a great location, with proximity to banks, restaurants and a very easy access to the highway. The settings are of 3-storied townhouses and each unit has 2+BR and on its own floor, with free designated uncovered parking spot(if you want the covered parking spot, you can pay a bit extra a month for that, too). The building is well maintained, responsive to maintenance request, is clean and has home feeling to it. Price wise it is still affordable at around $ 1400 a month for a 2BR(definitely more space and better deal than what you would get than, say, downtown Seattle obviously!). Overall, I like it and nothing much to complain(except occasionally some guests/neighbors negligence to park at their own designated parking spot or guest parking area).
