Jim and I have worked on several real estate transaction together. In every instance Jim has been extremely professional, communicates quickly and often, is knowledgeable and is calm under pressure. If an issue came up, Jim was quick to communicate to all parties, and kept the process flowing with no headaches. I would highly recommend sitting down with Jim and his team when thinking about buying or selling a home.

We made a
site just to help us find a great real estate agent. We posted photos of our market-​ready house and a letter asking local agents to email URL’s showing their expertise using the internet to sell homes. We let many local agents know about our flickr site via email. Out of about 20 responses, several agents really stood out, including Jim. Jim has what I consider a great website — easy to navigate and with just the right amount of information. So many of his past referral describe him as a «really nice person» that it must really be true. We are still in the process of interviewing the three top candidates but hope to sign an agreement with a listing agent this week. We «believe» in social media as a way to find excellent services and products, and so are now giving credit to our top four candidates on Unilocal
