I stumbled in here by chance the other day. I was looking for a generic thank you gift for a gal that I don’t know very well. I figured chocolate was a good way to go. I was very pleased with my service and experience. The main gal that worked with me was very friendly and helpful when I told her what I was looking for. She was able to show me a lot of options with various price points. She had the perfect amount of enthusiasm to get me excited without overwhelming me. Both her and the other gal working there were very good about offering samples as well. I ended up getting a box of truffles of various flavors(you pick them and fill a box). They wrap the box in a bow and put it in a cute bag with tissue paper. It was exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be back.

Wow, this tiny chocolatier shop truly packs a multi-sensory punch! I was so impressed. Located beside MacDonald’s, I immediately was struck by how MD’s caters to the mainstream masses, whereas this shop caters to those more discerning, those who care more about what they eat, where their food comes from, the whole shopping experience and yes, even how their foods are packaged. Not that there’s anything wrong with MD’s, but the target demographics couldn’t be further apart. I was initially attracted to the gorgeous flower-ball suspended from the ceiling, then all the blue themed accessories(vases and glasses, and then all the chocolate. Oh, the chocolate! I’m a sucker for packaging and I just LOVED the vibrant, colorful wrappers on all the bars, and the various collections of different bars and all the plays on colors. This will definitely be my go-to place to get hostess gifts and gifts for friends and family, for special occasions. I liked how the two ladies here were giving out free samples, so you can try the different flavors. I also appreciated learning how this company was founded by a woman and how they give a portion of every sale back to local organizations that provide food to those in need. And I read online how this is this company’s first brick-and-mortar shop, although their chocolates are sold in hundreds of stores across the USA. It was interesting, too, how this pop-up shop will only have a 7-month run here(so go now!), and will undergo 3 separate color-themed transformations during that time. It sounds like there will also be events here and tastings here(I want to go!). The ladies who worked here were super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about their product line. I purchased a few different bars for the family. The kids inhaled the edamame sea salt bar(they loved it!) and the agave quinoa sesame bar(one kid loved it, the other thought it «strange» — but still ate it, of course). I also got a black fig pistachio bar and a cayenne Veracruz orange(don’t those sound phenomenal?). Check out their website. I love this place and I’m definitely returning!
