I first ran into Jeff at Papillion days and loved his gumbo. I recently hired Hut 1 Hut to come to my office and feed 45 hungry and hard working people. Everyone raved about the quality of the food and the service was fantastic. We’ll be having them back! :)

Tried the guacamole black bean burger today —
Better than expected (and my expectations were high to begin with)
The guacamole was delicious and everything went exceptionally well together.
Owner and staff were very friendly.
Looking forward to going back.

Great food! We had the burnt end brisket burger and the kids had the grilled chicken kabob. Everything was great! Brisket had great flavor on its own, but sauce was tasty too! Grilled chicken was moist and tender! I’ll definitely look for this food truck again!
