Group Health Cooperative – Factoria Medical Center

I love it here because of free parking. Like plenty of parking spots and did I mention, it’s free?!
Staff here are nice, my kid’s Doctor is very nice and informative.
There’s really nothing bad about this GH location but the wait. Most of the time I get called in 5 – 10 minutes later than appointment time. And after the kid’s exam, waiting to get them vaccinated took foreverrrrrr! Like a good 15 minutes for them to come in the same room for any kind of vaccinations.
They have a little coffee stand that looks kind of shady. The pastries are small and all dried up, the lady behind counter always look like she hated her job. The coffee machine never works, like it was always broken every time I wanted a cup of coffee.
I’ve never used their pharmacy, so I can not write a review for that, but overall, this location is legit!

Might be nice if they actually had openings within a week. I can’t believe how booked all the locations are me and my husband are actually sitting down to find another insurance group health is ridiculous

Labs, pharmacy, xrays, shots and medical staff are awesome here. Most specialists are at the Bellevue location. Lots of free parking. They have a coffee cart. I would recommend this clinic. Most of the doctors here are booked up 2 weeks in advanced. They have a small child’s area and a cool aquarium.
